I'm not seeing the Tube Train rig on the exchange nor on my Kemper. I've looked at all the rig packs but still not seeing it. Are there others that I'm missing? Where can I get these?

I realize that but what I'm saying is that it does not show in the Rig Packs which are all the factory rigs nor can I find it on my Kemper. Is there a Rig Pack 00 ?
