No Sir I did not, but I also did not Know my 2 year old daughter new the words "boobie" until she poked her grandmother in the breast yesterday, Please explain the advantage to simple people like me:)
-
I sure didnt!?

Sure, and I already used it a lot -
Delay-/Reverb-Balance?
-
I didn't.
-
Yep. A bit awkward at first but works nice. Consider both reverb and delay as being in parallel, and treat the Del+Rev balance in the reverb as balancing its input source between guitar and delay respectively.
-
Yes, I knew this. But why the question? Have you been pestered about alternate ways of routing lately, CK?
-
Yep, great feature.
-
And what's the setting for Del+Rev in parallel?
-
-
Thanks! Sounds a bit more "sorted" in parallel to me.
-
I always assumed Dev+Rev controlled the relative wetness of the delay and reverb. I learned something new!
-
Nice to know. I have always loved these effects in parallel rather than series.
Thanks

It offers serial, parallel, and series effects only.
Continuously controllable.Turn it all to the right to have only the delay reflections reverberated.
In addition, turn the reverb mix all to the right for only hearing the reverb tails repeated by the delay.
For these settings it is good to set Delay Modulation to zero to avoid phasing.
And read the Reference Manual!
It's all in there.CK

I bet that's one of those sentence that would make you a billionaire if you'd get a dime for everytime saying or writting it.

Yeah, that's actually a nice way to shape the reverb; create early (and/or late) reflections with the delay. (Delay+Rev around +75% to avoid severe pre delay effect.)
