Wheresthedug , I am using my Powered Kemper (Built in Power Amp) with the Interface. Would this not work in this case? I am still playing around with the settings to try and figure this out.

Sorry, use these pics (For my Interface) Purchased last week.

I forgot to mention, I also have the USB C going from the interface to my Mac.

Okay new problem. I am trying to get the sound of my Kemper through the Interface out to come out of the PA Passive speaker.
Here are my current connections:
- SPDF out on Kemper - to SPDF IN on Interface
- Guitar to front input of the Kemper'
- Passive PA Speaker to (Out 1) on rear of the 18i20 Interface (pics above).
In my mac computer settings, I have the choice to select:
- Internal Microphone
- Pro Tools Aggregate I/O
- Scarlet Intercace
Note: Both for Output and Input
Is there anything I am missing here ? Still new to recording with the Kemper and now many more things to learn.
Thank you for your help!

Literally after I clicked "Post" I checked the Output settings and fixed the issue. My question now is how did the setting change? I didn't change anything I don't think on my end.

Hey all,
Just encountered an issue with my effect presets. I have my delay and reverb set for example at 50%, however when I am playing there is no effect and just dry guitar. This is happening on all rigs and not sure if there is setting I need to switch?
Any help would be appreciated!

Very helpful, thank you! And yes, I have the Rack version

I'm thinking of going with the : (Pics attached) Scarlett 8i6 3rd Generation 8-in, 6-out USB Audio Interface
What is the difference between recording digital using SPDF verses using using the Return output on the back of rack?
If I use the SPDF input, can I connect to my computer as follows:
- SPDF out on Kemper - to SPDF IN on Interface
- Guitar to front input of the Kemper
- Input Section changed to (SPDF Input Reamp)
Note: I have attached a picture of the backside of my Mac so you can see what connections I have. What other cables do I need if any, and how is the interface then connected to my Mac Desktop?

Is there a way to connect this interface using the Spdf (Digital) on kemper to interface? I don't see a SPDF in on this Interface so not sure if this would work.

Hey All,
I want to use my Kemper to record ideas for songs into the program (Reaper). I am super new to doing this and every video I am seeing talks about connecting to an interface. There is however a way to do it without an interface, I hope.
The purpose here isn't to produce an amazing sounding song. The idea is to capture ideas so I can send them to other guitarist and we work on songs together without being in the same room. Especially with the Pandemic issue right now, this will allow us to keep writing effectively for the future.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks,

Thank you everyone!

Hey all,
I read through some of the threads already but could not find an answer for my setup.
I have the Earnie Ball MVP Expression pedal that I'd like to set so I can control morphing, Pitch and Volume. I am not sure if I can do all three with my one pedal so if I had to pick one for now, I would say morphing.
I went into System Settings to try and Calibrate the pedal, but nothing really happens.
Could someone tell me what the step by step process is to get this to work? The manual is very basic but it doesn't go into details of any other settings that might be to be set or unset based on the pedal I am using.
Thank you!

Thank you everyone for your input. I returned the (Non powered) Speaker and rented a different one to see if it would make a difference and it did. By the way, I do have the Power Rack going through Passive PA Speaker, not the other way around.
I ordered the Kemper cab so only using this rental speaker until I get it. The sound issue I have before is GONE! I guess it was the other speaker I bought that had the issue! Or it wasn't the right speaker for the Power Rack.

Tried unplugging the remote and problem still occurs. I haven't used the headphone output.
I am honestly thinking it's the speaker at this point because at a loud enough volume, the issue does not occur and only between a low volume range.
I am not an expert with equipment yet but from just logic, I feel that if it was the Kemper Amp itself, the issue would be at any volume level, but then again I have no real clue.
I am going to bring my Kemper Power Rack to the music store and try different PA Passive speakers and see if I get the same issue. If the issue is not there with a different speaker, then it would be my PA Speaker that is the issue, and if the issue is present however with other speakers, then I know it's the Kemper.
All of this is very confusing so far but at the same time I am learning a lot by researching. I hope to god that I didn't spend $4000 for a default Kemper

Hey!
If I play through the Kemper Cabinet with my band for Rehearsal, and then want to play live without the Kemper Cab, and plug my Power Rack Directly into the venue mixing desk (Monitors) will I always get the same sound? Does it depend per venue?
If there are sound differences, does anyone have any experience if these differences are minor or major?
Thank you!

By the way, just in case this is the exact Model of speaker I am using with the Power Rack.
Perhaps you can read through in the link and see if there is any reason I shouldn't be using this speaker model.

I've updated the software and that worked fine but the issue is still there.
So the sound cuts in and out at a low volume but at a higher volume (Playing with full band level of volume) It doesn't happen.
I'm wondering if there is a slight crack in the speaker itself?
I want to order the Kemper Cab but I worried that there is a bug in my Kemper Rack causing the issue so before I do that I need to figure this problem out, and it has taken up most of my day so far with no success.

If I set everything to the default settings, do I lose all my saved performances?
-
It happens with multiple rigs. What is DAW? I am still learning as I go and haven't read everything yet. I also notice that the issue doesn't happen when the volume is loud. It's at a lower volume (I found the sweet spot) for the error to happen the most.
Perhaps telling me what all my settings should be at would be a good start based on what I am playing through
I may have clicked on something by mistake but this error seems unusual.
