Here is the sound issue I am having, Still haven't figured this out. Do I need to do a software update>? I haven't done one yet and the version I have is 7.1.4.
System settings says that this Rack was built Nov 29, 2019.
I have version 7.1.4 (This is what it shows when I start up the Kemper) . I haven't done a software update since I received it in the mail a month ago. Is it possible that there is a new version and I need that to fix this issue? Or something else?
here you go
I tried however the file is too large to drop here.
To be clear, while I am playing the sound is cutting in and out from clear sounding to muffled sounding.
Okay, sound good thank you for the tips.
I am having an issue again though with the sound coming in and out between Clear sounding to (Muffle sounding) . The volume itself is not coming and out, but just the quality of the sound.
I checked the cables and everything is in place correctly.
Or possibly I am not understanding everything as of yet since I have only had the Power Rack for a few weeks
What is the advantage of have the Kemper Kabinet? I understand they can simulate 19 different cabs but so does the actual Kemper Amp right so I understand why I would need the Kemper cab, when I can get the same sound from a full range Monitor ?
I am just tapping into the Kemper Cab so I'm interested but just not sure if I need it
I am a month to using my Kemper Power Rack, and I am very unsure on which speakers to use. I know that I need a full range Passive speaker (without colouring the sound).
Any help on selecting a good speaker to use for my band jam space would be great.
I am going to be connecting the Kemper Power Rack direct at gigs (to Monitors) as well so it would be key that the sound I get from my (at Home Monitor or jam space) is the same sound I'll get playing live.
The PA is made my Yorksville and I want to make sure that if I am setting my tones with this and then play live with the Kemper, that I 'll get the same tones out of the venue monitors.
If you have any recommendations that would be great!
Current set up:
- Kemper Power Rack --> Connected to 8 ohm Passive 300 watt Yorksville non powered speaker (From Speaker output of the Kemper to the speaker)
- Front input of Kemper to my Guitar.
So, if I buy the 200 watt Kemper Passive amp, what would be my maximum volume on the Kemper Power Amp? Not that I plan on going that loud, but it would be nice to know the limit so I don't accidentally blow the speaker.
Yes, the Power Rack.
The issue stopped for now after I had checked the cables. Even when I checked the cables everything seemed in place, however I went back to the Clean Sens and adjusted this from -4.5 to -2.5 and not sure why, but the issue has stopped.
I am also going through a 300 watt speaker and not sure if this is an issue since the power amp is 600 watts. I bought the PA speaker at 300 watts because the Music store didn't have anything higher and since this speaker is only for at home practice amp, I thought that it should be okay, unless I am mistaken?
I am looking into the Kemper cab for our jam space but is this Kemper Cab able to take the 600 watts power fully?
I noticed that while I am playing in (Performance Mode) the sound is cutting in and out from the original sound saved in the Kemper.
What would be the cause of this, and how to I correct the issue?
I adjusted the clean sens lower and it seemed to have worked, however if I only adjust the dist sense, then nothing really changes.
I left my Dist sense at 0.0 and my clean is now at -2.5 and I am getting a nice green/Yellow. I did a test also with heavy chucking and only then I get some red but it's more yellow/soft red.
New Kemper user here (About 3 weeks in).
I am noticing that the input sensitivity light is in the red a certain points when I am playing.
I am playing high gain, and even sometimes with the cleans I see it go to the red.
From what I have read, it seems that if it goes into the red from time to time, not to worry but how do I adjust this so it is more green-yellow?
