Al final logré solucionarlo. Paso a contar cómo por si alguien en un futuro tiene un problema similar: Eliminé el Rig Manager completo, conecte nuevamente el kemper, lo encendí y una vez el PC reconoció un nuevo dispositivo volvi a instalar el RM(El soporte de Kemper me indico que el driver viene en el intalador de este). Ahora todo esta funcionando 10 puntos. Aclaro que de momento tengo las versiones que me permite el win7 (Profiler OS v7.1.5 - Rig Manager v2.3.14.15126) Un saludo!

I have thought about it a lot ... I have my music there and I can say that it is available to most. In my opinion, Spotify has managed to position itself as the standard platform. Now, if we talk about royalties, what one gets as a musician is practically nothing. Sure, I don't have the listeners I want to have. But, even having them, I think it would be the same story... If i'm not mistaken, what is paid for playback depends on the listener's account (standard or premium) and it's around US $0.006. If we do calculations... one works to compose, record, mix, master, etc.... and finally feed the libraries of the platforms. At the end of the day the results are a bit frustrating. But hey, the rules of the game today are these ... we will have to keep working!!!

Puede ser un problema de los certificados digitales. Cuando enciendas y antes de entrar en wlndows deshabilita la comprobación automática (con alt 8 pulsado, creo, entras en las opciones) y tal vez te funcione. El problema es que lo tendrías que hacer siempre.
Voy a intentarlo aunque creo que deberia de haber otra solucion, si kemper antes funcionaba con windows 7 no veo por que ahora no... claro, usando las actualizaciones hasta donde me lo permita hacerlo. Al menos de momento! Gracias por responder. Un saludo

Win7 has a been deprecated, and Kemper has stopped supporting it.

I am aware of this matter. The problem I have with win10 is that if I switch to that OS I will start to lose compatibility of other things that I have working perfectly today. I hope there is another solution even if for a while I have to work with outdated kemper. Thanks for answering.

Buenas a todos, soy nuevo por aca. Queria dejar esta consulta a ver si alguien me puede ayudar... De momento estoy trabajando con Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack1, Por otras cuestiones de software no tengo intenciones (Aún de actualizar el Sistema operativo). Entiendo que por esto, las versiones que funcionan con mi PC serian el Profiler OS v7.1.5 y Rig Manager v2.3.14.15126 ... las instalé y todo debería funcionar en conjunto. Pero el problema es con el driver del controlador... al conectar el Kemper via USB, Windows reconoce que he conectado un nuevo dispositivo, lo reconoce como "Profiler", pero no instala sus controladores. He intentado varias veces, incluso cambiando el puerto usb y siempre el resultado es el mismo: "Windos no pudo encontrar los drivers para el dispositivo. Si conoce al fabricante, contactese con la web de este." He buscado por aqui para intentar instalarlo manualmente pero no he encontrado nada. Quizas alguien por aca pueda ayudarme. Mientras tanto, me comunique igualmente con el soporte de Kemper. Desde ya gracias!

Rig Manager 1.2.3 (and 1.2.2 for Mac users) can be found in the "Older operating systems" category as well as the "Utilities" category of the download section.
gsIm new at this. Recently I was able to get hold of a kemper. I still keep my Windows 7. I could not find a way to solve the compatibility problem with the RM, I was already resigning myself to having to update with all the problems that it could possibly cause me. Fortunately I found your answer! Thank you!!! (5 years late)
