Thank you, will this rebuild change any of my profiles or performance settings?

When saving a setting on my perform setting, it's starting to save it slow, what can cause this?
Also, i want to remove banks in my perform setting, ones I do not use,
do i need to delete 1 at a time say in channel 3, or is there a way to remove the whole bank at once?
Thank you

May sound silly, but i run my KPA into my Peavey 5150 FX return, into a old Marshall 4x12.
The tube amp seems to help round off the sharp edges. No sense in spending money on a Amp for the Kemper,
When i have 2 perfectly good tube heads that can handle and gig i have. I'm old, i still need to feel the guitar while i play.. sorry IEM guys.

I have a UX2 interface, and i use the XLR outs on the KPA to the interface for recording.
Remember you do have extra output settings on the KPA, and once you get your output level set, mine is -12 Db
unlatch your output control, this way, your output level will always be set for recording, and live situations.
PS... When i record, I use 1 XLR from the Kemper to the interface,
and I also use 1 SM57 mic on my 4x12 cab, and that goes to the 2nd input on my UX2, Then blend the tones for best results.

Just modded my Kemper for snacks.

thanks for the help, I'll try that for sure, I did to some extent but more drastic may help more. I'm already rolling off the presence to like 10 o'clock and then adding a bit of "treble" to make it up. also tried the "Vintage" eq and did a lot of cuts but I think that EQ is too subtle to accomplish this?
I have a old Plexi profile, sounds great, but had that little bit of fizz to it, i did the same, i rolled the presents completely off, and dialed in a bit more highs, that fixed my problems i had, sounds even better now.

You want to set the output for FOH unchecked, and set DB level from -10 to -15, i found for best results,
then have your monitor checked, and you''ll have control over the monitor volume, and FOH is a static output level.

Thx for sharing, thinking about it atm. Why did you use exactly this left channel?
I used both channels to compare the tone / sound of the cabinet mic, to the direct output tone / sound of the Kemper.
Right channel is the sound coming from my 4x12 cabinet, and the left channel is the sound coming direct from my Kemper to my interface.

Not sure if your still looking for the "Brown Sound"
But here is my video with the link to the profile in the description.
I also explain how i run my rig, and it's the same all the time, Home, Recording, or live.

Got it today, so far in Performance mode, it works perfect, just plugged it in, and it works.. That's a load off my mind.
-
I bought a 2 channel foot switch off Amazon that works perfect for only $12
-
I agree with using a polytune 3 or something similar in front of the kemper.
It's nice to step on the pedal, and it cuts your signal, and you can tune in quite.
Or you can always you the smaller version that clips on to the head of your guitar ?
-
All i need it to do is turn on and off my stomps, and switch to tuner when not playing.
-
Thoughts on if it's worth getting.. pro's and Con's... Thank you.
-
I have tried both in my live rig, and really didn't hear any difference between the 2.

Sorry it took so long, i'm old and still learning how stuff works... lol

I added a download link to this profile in the YouTube description for this profile,
I will keep people updated with any new / major changes to the profile.

Playing on stage live I've yet to see anyone who is or has created best of both worlds pun intended "EvH" both front of houseand and live cabinets pushing air to appease us TUBE addited speaker tweakers to achieve CONTROLLED FEEDBACK from low to high harmonies or vice versa....? Anyone? I've ordered Seymours Powerstage 700 class D for my K. Stage. Correction, Controlled feedback harmonies "or" OUT OF CONTROL feedback applies as well. lol....Help...
This is how i run my toaster non powered... Out of the Kemper monitor out, into my 5150 FX Return, and Main XLR out to FOH, -10db unbound for line level.
The video is a sample of both, left channel 4x12 cabinet mic with SM57, and Right channel is Main out into my interface, which would be FOH live.

I started using the boost a few days ago, I like the last boost, at +3db.
I prefer the last boost on the list, doesn't change the tone at all, just a bump in volume.

Question, what would be a good db level to set the main outs to before i unlink it,
I'll need enough so the sound person has enough to work with. Thank you.
