RosboneMako Please open a new thread. I've deleted your post. It was completely unrelated to what's discussed there.

Sounds like an USB-related issue. Please get in touch with support.

Can you please contact support, we need to take a look at this.

If you want to talk to us, please contact our support team by using the website or by phone. This forum is not the right place to expect answers from us. I'll close this thread now.

Please don't use Soundcloud when you want others to comment on issues related to sound. Soundcloud is known for producing digital artefacts. I'm not saying that you're hearing something that's not there. But you will make others hear stuff that is NOT in your recordings.
Thanks, GS

I've deleted a bunch of unrelated messages. This thread is about connection issues and not about crashes or other problems one might have with Rig Manager. To those whose messages were deleted: please make your own thread and supply more details than you did here. Idealistically contact, that's the faster and easiest way to get assistance.

Rig Manager doesn't move or delete files just like that. If a Rig Pack, for whatever reason, is not present on your computer, Rig Manager will load it from our server. The new "cover" section doesn't regroup your own content; it is just a different visual representation of the existing Rig Packs.

can you please contact support - we need to go through a couple of things with you

You need to find what has changed on your system. There is a reason why Rig Manager suddenly starts crashing on your system. You should contact support

You cannot make a "booth". We curate the "marketplace". It is based on the Rig Packs we make and buy. All this has been there for a long while. What has changed is that we've included a link from the Rig Pack to the website of the manufacturer of the content.

Will a Rig Manager backup from a newer version work on an older version? Not tried it. I usually recommend people make a backup before upgrading, especially to Beta. There could be difference in the database files that could cause it to fail.
Short answer: No. A backup is designed for recall with the same version.
Long answer: Going one version back was never an issue. Going back from a beta to a release was never an issue. But going to a much older version is gambling. We don't recommend that. The backup will not necessarily fail in this case, but it could be that the data in the backup is not prepared for the old version.

We already have a thread for that. In this thread are some questions, if you like, answer them and post your screenshot there as well. I'll close this thread now

Everybody - dial it back a bit. Pretty please. Let's show the internet that we can have a sampling rate discussion without all this
