Hab es jetzt nochmal probiert und dort steht das 1 Rig importiert wurde aber es steht auch, dass das Rig limit erreicht wurde, liegt es daran?

Das kann sein. 1000 Rigs ist das Limit.
Sichere deine Rigs doch mal in RigManager und lösche danach von deinem Profiler ein paar hundert Rigs und probiere es dann nochmal.

I have the Apollo Twin X myself.
You select Mic/Line on the machine or in the console app.
Go for XLR female -> TRS cables for a proper balanced line level connection.
Why not XLR female - XLR male?
EDIT: Nevermind, I made a mistake.
Please make sure that your interface allows you to set the XLR input to line level. Some interfaces will automatically switch to mic sensitivity as soon as an XLR plug is inserted. If that is the case with your interface you will be better off using 2 simple TS cables.
The Apollo doesn’t mic/line switch automatically. It must be set manually. 
If you don’t want to go stereo, connect one XLR output of the Profiler to one of the Apollo's rear inputs and set them to line level.
If you plan to record a stereo out of the Profiler, use two XLR cables to the Apollo's rear inputs and set them to line level.
I see no benefit in using the Profiler's headphone out.
I also see no benefit in using the Apollo's Hi-Z input for this scenario.

You like old imperfect interfaces, OK, be happy and don't pollute tomorrow with improvements to simple things. If the last two places for effects are ignored, when exiting in "Mono Mode", they must be grayed out. Your 9 years of fanatic servitude closed your eyes.
You still fail to grasp that there are different signal chains for different outputs, therefore absolutely nothing has to be greyed out.
The points you constantly try to make actually make me wonder if you have ever worked in professional environments for musicians at all.
The feature to feed different parts of the signal chain to different outputs is one of the best and most professional attributes of the Profiler.
Professional users get it, you apparently not.
Speaking about pollution: post less and this forum will be a much cleaner environment.
I assume that I can still keep my main outs connected to my interface for recording and run the cab from the speaker output at the same time if I wanted to?

I’m just about to order a kemper kabinet and I need to order another cable to connect my power rack to the cabinet. I can’t find anywhere where it says if I need to use a TS or TRS cable?

You'll need a speaker cable which are always TS.
Also their gauge is thicker than the one of TS instrument cables.
With such a "great" expertise you should write sw for your own modeling/profiling equipment, beat all competition and earn a lot of money. In fact I wonder why you didn't do it yet instead of wasting your time with Kemper fan club.
