Is that correct?

So you can't restore factory rigs on the Stage like you can on the Head or Rack in the System menu?
-
You could make a backup from another Stage, and restore it on the one that needs it.
Or, I suggest you contact Support - they should be able to send something you can install via USB.
Or, how do I delete Performances on the Stage without rig manager?
Yes making a backup from another Stage is an idea.
I have a Backup I made of my Head a year ago but when I try use that Backup in the Stage using a USB it says there's no Backup file on the USB.

End of year sales : -25% with the code "Fremen2019"
You don't have a Kemper 'Stage'? I'm disappointed.
Have a great Christmas and New Year, all the best!

When you adjust the Gain or Volume on a Profile you see the level bar, but on the Bass/Middle/Treble/Presence knobs there's no level bar, just tiny numbers.
Am I the only one who would like to see the levels indicated in a bar?
-
Sure, have done that on other devices - but should it really be necessary to apply this kind of homebrew fix on a brand-spanking-new device from a reputable manufacturer???
My official amp tech who works on dozens of different brand products says he's seen brand new products from different manufacturers with that masking tape on some pots from the factory.

This thread should be required reading for every product development team.
About 1% of Kemper owners participate on this forum.

Hmm, same here. Other knobs sit well, but Gain / Master Volume are reeeeally loose - afraid they'll come off during transport.
Should I contact support for replacement knobs?
Cut a thin piece of masking tape, wrap over the top of the shaft. Don't have a 'Stage' in front of me, just showing you on a Head.

Going back all the way to 2008...funny story.
In 2007/8 on TGP the Fractal trolls trolled the Axe-FX Standard every day Ad nauseam as the greatest piece of gear ever that sounded "exactly" like a tube amp.
I had been in a friends studio and we had mic'd up his Marshall TSL602 with a Drivemaster pedal in front of it and recorded a clip.
So I posted the clip on the TGP and asked the Fractal 'wolf pack' to record the same riff on my clip using the Axe-FX Standard...after all it sounds exactly like a tube amp.
So a few of the Axe-FX boys attempted to play the riff, not one of them could nail it, and their tones were nowhere near not even close...all kinds of excuses like my wife and kids are waiting outside in the car so I just recorded a quick attempt.
In 2011, rumors were spreading on TGP that some guy named Christophe Kemper had invented a machine that could Profile tube amps.
The Fractal wolves went berserk, including Cliff himself, impossible, Vaporware, it's never going to happen, Profiling is just EQ matching, it's never going to release, it will never sound like the Axe even if it does release, blah blah, non stop for the entire 2011.
When the Kemper released in December 2011 guess who had one of the first Kempers in his laboratory/workshop?...Cliff. ...and all the updates and new models since then have attempted to equal the Kemper feel and tone.
Moving on, 11 years later in 2019 my friend who recorded the original Marshall TSL602 plus Drivemaster clip (in 2008) decides if the Kemper can Profile his live rig, the same TSL602/Drivemaster and replicate that particular tone he'll be convinced and buy a Kemper...which he did!
This is the original TSL602/Drivemaster clip/riff I posted in 2008 on TGP now recorded in 2019 using the Kemper Profile of that same rig.

Is this Kemper Kabinet?
Nope.
A buddy of mine made it for me, it's a copy of the Marshall 2X12 Diagonal, mine has a V30 and Creamback in it.
Another friend made me the Kemper logo, it's plastic.
I guess when the Kemper Celestion speaker releases I'll try two in the cabinet.

I've had Kempers since 2011, never used Rig Manager, my Kempers sounds incredible, I love it.
-
Hope you guys can help.
On my Head if I load Performances using a USB (I don't use Rig Manager) I see the performances, but same thing on the 'Stage" and I don't see the Performances.
Am I missing something?
-
These Profiles are incredible!
A buddy of mine just used the Free Profiles to do this recording.
-
I've been inside the Kemper Stage and you can easily fit a 50w poweramp in it, but...
How about Kemper bring out a little external poweramp box similar to the Hotone Loudster?
It would be extremely easy to manufacture considering Kemper have a good supplier of their current Poweramps, it would take care of all unpowered Head and Rack and now Stage users.
Imagine something like this, with or without a volume knob and possibly in different power output options.

I'm surprised Glenn hasn't posted in the Commercial Profile Section of the forum.
His rig pack of his 10 favourite modded amps is ready and on sale for a crazy good price.
-
Is it true that you should avoid adjusting the EQ & gain on profiles?
Tell that to David Torn using a stock Fender Deluxe Reverb clean Profile made in 2011.
