all of them.
I sent an email... we'll see what they say.
all of them.

oooh, that doesn't sound good. hmmm.....
Running my main out from the kemper with XLR to channel on Presonus Firestudio, into computer and to Monitors.... I can usually play for 5-7 minutes then I can still play, but there is this horrible static, but only when I play, if I just stop playing it stops too, but starts right back up as soon as I play.
Any ideas why, or what could fix this?
No, no, no, not Jack Daniels....
BLACK TOOTH!!!! Double shot of Crown with a splash of Coke
Sorefingers - I played a Gutierrez Juggernaut with an EMG85.
the Pantera one didnt work out at all.
Question, can you do this using an existing profile?
The Pantera one is resonably close, but it still sounds like another amp trying to cop those Randall tones, not going to work out so well, normally. if you could use the Randall profile, you'd probably get a heck of alot closer....
just a thought.
FWIW: I did a Randall C-200II profile, while it wasnt perfect (gonna try to redo it this weekend), would be a good building block for Walk...
Just a thought
Is there any way to delete profiles in mass quantity? doing them one at a time is tedious as hell....
How about Dimebags tone from "Walk"?
Did my first profile, the initial settings aren't great, but a little tweaking gets it to sound pretty good.
It's up on the exchange....
Thanks guys, yeah, I'm very aware of what I did with the mix, I was trying to showcase the tones of the Kemper right now, BUT yeah I see what your saying, I am exactly what your describing, once I get the performances the way I want them, I will start playing around with mixing, eq-ing, etc.... Trying to listen from a different point of view
Thanks for the tips, please feel free to help out in anyway you'd like, it's all very appreciated, you guys will probably hear or notice things I wont.
Mike
Tried it again, I'll eventually get the takes I'm happy with, this came close, couple of flubs I'm not happy with, but thought I would try tracking 4 guitars and mixing them to see how it sounded, also turn the gain WAY down, far enough I felt weird playing with it that way
anyways, I mixed it like this:
Fortin Marshall left 100%
Boosted Marshall Right 100%
Fortin Marshall Right 60%
Boosted Marshall Left 60%
Bass - Ampeg profile
Thoughts? Tips? Ideas?
anyone wanna put a solo in it?
Here it is:
Is it even possible? If so this is my only request.
Not even sure you'd call it that. A friend and I were discussing the Kemper, he was speculating on the potential advances in the tech. His idea was to be able to profile every aspect of the amp, by profiling the sweep of each pot, affects of switches on tone, and being able to profile an amps power section by run direct into the fx return of the loop.
And it could go on and on.....
The basics of this idea are really interesting to me, I think it could make KPA an even more amazing machine.

A little too much gain, sloppy, haven't played this in many years. Found the backing track and had to give it a go.
No solos, no fx/eq/etc....
What do ya think?
Here is my Kemper clip, used 2 of Petes profiles, the Fortin JVM, and Fryette boosted 74 Marshall. Bass is an Ampeg profile on the profile exchange.....
old tune, easier for me to record....
anyways, what do ya think?
