I don’t know what guitar you are using but single coil neck pick up on a tele is key here.

Sorry I missed this. Really cool to see people still making use of my Budda SD30 profiles which were the first profiles I posted so long ago. I will be buried with that amp!

Just launched the Bogner Golf Finger Profile pack online. It features 23 profiles, including DI. These profiles were meticulously captured through a vintage 1979 Marshall 4x12 with original Celestion G12-65 speakers, dual mic'd through Neve mic pres. You can hear some samples below.

Still no fix for this? I would think this would be a big deal.
-
Does your profile with the Cab OFF still have the cabinet you recorded playing back also? Sounds like we are having the same issue. I have a series of profiles where this happens on and others that do not, and they were done at random times, etc. Very weird. I sent an email to Kemper but have not heard anything yet.
No. The resulting profile has the CAB bypassed and sounds it's bypassed- not desirable.

I am having the same issue. Profiling with CAB on and after it's done reverts to the CAB off and stays that way. This is only happened to me since updating to OS 5.4.1 by the way. Also, once in a while it will profile correctly- but more often than not, it reverts to the CAB off.
Update- It profiles the first profile correctly upon powering up, after that it goes to every profile ending up with the CAB bypassed. No matter how conservative my levels are going in, result is the same. I've had a Kemper for 5 years and done hundreds of profiles. This is a new issue for me.

That wouldn't bother me at all. I prefer having the stomps where it's easier to access with my foot. That first stomp under the screen is terrible to access.
-
Also wishing the stomps could be switched to use in the lower row. Very difficult to use the top row and I use stomps way more than I switch patches.

Really like these (Marshall). When are you going to get the Vox profiles up on your site (anticipating those!)?
The Vox profiles are on hold. Some of them are done but I have relocated and my studio won't be back in action for a few weeks. I do have a Bogner Goldfinger set of profiles pretty much ready to go. Hoping to launch those very soon.

Purchased these. Have a question, which profile ist used for the demo ?
I just used the GA MAR59HW 2 profile for the demo which uses the low gain input of the amp going through the EVH greenback cab.

Just got these and they sound great, but was wondering the profile volume leveling approach. Half or so of the profiles have clean sensitivity decreased, some have distortion sensitivity changed from the zero. And all have the volume +5dB making them louder than any other profiles. What is the reasoning behind these? I have feeling that most other commercial vendors favor Amplifiers sections volume parameter for any per profile leveling needs.. just wondering is the end result same with both approaches?
There is no real science to it. The distortion sensitivity was altered to give a better comparison to the amp profiled. Some profiles sounded a bit mushy without altering that. Gave the profile better definition to me. I just tweaked parameters that I felt were useful, including boosting the volume a bit. Enjoy!

Wow these are really great. Will be looking forward to more in the future.
Thank you! I have more amps ready to release from the same profiling sessions, possibly by end of the week.

@Ibot39 I did not use an archive utility as I wanted to ensure there would be no issues with extracting the profiles. This being my first set for sale, I wanted to keep it simple. I will look into archive utilities though if it's a concern for customers and if anyone has suggestions I'd love to know what works well. I can understand the slight inconvenience but since I wasn't certain of the best or most universal archive utility that anyone can use, left me thinking having direct access to the profiles was best.

Proud to release the Marshall Hand Wired Plexi profiles that I have been working on in my recording studio for quite some time now. 41 profiles, multi-miked through transformer based mic pres, three different sets of speakers (1979 G12-65s, Scumback M75s, Celestion EVH Heritage Greenbacks), and multiple mic angles on a few select profiles. I was aiming for a set of profiles that can bring you to AC/DC all the way through Van Halen gain and tones- I have had a blast playing these and I'm certain you will too. Currently 25% off for the roll out through the month of February.

I was able to move back and forth between firmwares so I don't believe my usb stick is the problem but then again, who knows.

Sold my Bogner Shiva first and a few months later my Bogner xtc becourse I only had time for my Kemper powerhead .
After a few monts more tweeking than playing the Kemper, I bought a Engl Retro amp and went back for two weeks playing this tube amp but sold it agian becourse it didnt give me the fun the Kemper did.
So i bougt me a second Kemper power rack.
And again i have some doubts, becourse i seem to need frfr cabs, Atomic seems the only way to go and they dont sell them in the Netherlands and also i think they are way to expansive.
Thinking of buying a Bogner amp again........Hve you thought about Matrix FRFR offerings?

The new profiling opens up so many more doors. Using a power amp and cab, better switching cabs between profiles and also better Impulse Response implementation. IR's sound a lot better now.
-
I have actually acquired MORE tube amps since getting my Kemper a few years ago. Love being able to profile when inspiration strikes or a new mic is bought, new cab, etc etc

I got a chance to plug the KPA into my MosValve 500 power amp into my 2x12 scumback cab, bypassing the IR I had on the DI profile I took this morning. I was wowed all over again. I have never been so sonically excited about having a digital rig as I am right now. I did not enjoy the DI profiles I took a year or so ago. This is a whole new league to me.

I profiled my JMP 2203 through my Hotplate using no attenuation (just the line out) into the Kemper. I kept my cab plugged into the hotplate since I wasn't using it's load (using it's load adds an unwanted boost in the midrange). After profiling, I added my newly cab converted Ownhammer IR's and wow. Sounds really really great. I noticed pressing merge made it sound worse. This must be useful for a cab that is not from an IR but perhaps from a full profile.
