Hi , the total number of uploaded profiles ( c. 2500ish ) seems to have disappeared off the Download Rigs section....
Can this be put back ?

I find the 'toaster' great as its easily portable from Studio to Van to Gig....
If I used the rack version it would be a lot more cumbersome to move around. I also like the ease of twisting the knobs when playing live as with a normal amp head .....
Rack looks nice and it looks really useful that it has a USB on the front.
I've use the KPA live for about 7-8 months now .
I run the XLR's out in Stereo to the desk then run the monitor out into my 2:90 Power amp into a 2x12 Mesa Cab.
I make sure the cab is turned off in the monitor section and tweak theEQ for the Monitor Out each night depending the size of stage , distance back etc...
works great for me .... I can also adjust the monitor out volume during the night rather than turning up the power amp...
works great !!!!
Fender Sounds Great...Added a bit of Mid to the DG Killer and pulled the Gain back a bit and its really nice....
I have a Cornford MK50 MK2 myself. What Cab did you use with the Hellcat ?
Hi Andy , Just bought the profiles ....GREAT MIX OF AMPS !!!! Excellent Stuff
I tried PM'ing you some rigs but I couldnt so I put them up on the main page instead....theyre just work in progress so dont be too harsh !
Guitar > G-System
G-System to Kemper ( in Stereo )
Kemper Loop Stereo LOCKED ON
Kemper > Balanced Stereo XLR's to Desk
Kemper > Monitor Out to Separate Line on Desk > Monitor OR Shure pack with In Ears
this allows me to control the volume & EQ of my own monitors
I like the way that the MIDI number shows up in the bottom right of the Profile Name ....WELL DONE CK !!!!
I've been messing around with my Cornish G-2 profile and my Hiwatt profile....
I've changed the Cab to being 4x12 Fanes to try and get closer to Gilmours elusive tone ...I'll stick them on dropbox this evening and post you guys the link
Also tweaking the Amp compression makes a huge difference
Rob
Sounds Great Mitch ....Well Done !
Hi & welcome to the Forum.
I profiled a few of Gilmours gear bits a few months ago...Hiwatt DR-103 from 1972, An Alembic Preamp from 74, A Cornish G-2 etc....
I didnt try and mess with them too much before I put them up to allow people to do their own thing with them....
have a look anyway , cant hurt
Rob
I dont really play Jazz but my brother does who has a KPA as well....they are possibly the best amp/sound you will have for years ....you can bring all your amps with you and I would have to say that they are SO transparent ion terms of the guitar you put into them!
I would never go back to anything else ( I have about 10 amps ( new , vintage etc... ) )
Not sure why but my setting seems to have changed.I've turned on PM's again.Your profile wont let me PM either.
I did a simple SS profile last night and will upload this evening. PM me your email address
Hi ,
I will get the SS channel on the ADA-MP1 profiled over the next day or 2.If there are particular settings that you'd like on it then let me know and I can set it to same before I profile. It will be D.I'd. I assume thats ok and you can set your own cab to it later?
Check out the following link also ....as I said I can do a few profiles for you.

All the best,

I put up a 1972 Hiwatt DR profile through 1976 Fane cab which works well with amp compression up and a tiny bit of gain. Also put up a Cornish G2
