mle_100 This thread is on connection issues with the android app.
-
spe_100 Your Screenshot shows the mobile app.
Copying Rigs to the harddrive will not make them show up in Rig Manager. Use the import options from the file menu to add Rigs to your local library.
Please open a support ticket, if you need assistance.

flinstone5555 It is all in the manual. I recommend using the search function in the pdf to find the information you are looking for.
Main Manual 10.2,
Page 22:
Each of the buttons in the signal flow provides a unique and intuitive way to manage your sound. By pressing a corresponding button, you activate that module or section. Hold the button a little bit longer to focus the module and show its parameters in the display. The lower line of the display shows up to four parameters that can be controlled by the soft knobs underneath. Tweak the soft knobs to change your sound. If the module offers more than four parameters, you can move between pages using the <PAGE> buttons. To return to the home screen, press EXIT.
page 178:
Press and hold any effect module button to bring it into focus. If the effect module is active the display will change its color to match the effect. The soft buttons and soft knobs will display the parameters available to edit. Use the <PAGE> buttons to navigate the pages of available parameters.
There are two ways to choose a new effect: either turn the BROWSE knob to select a new effect preset, or turn the TYPE knob, to change the basic algorithm of the module.

Are you using Rig Manager?
-
spe_100 Welcome. Rig Manager iOS and Android can not add Rigs to a Profiler. Use the desktop version for this task.
-
Shanno You can update directly to the latest version from 8.7.
-
HitPit Der Profiler Stage hat keine Bluetooth Schnittstelle.
-
Spantik7000 Rig Manager desktop connects via USB only.

It was an auto mail. I actually heared of a few other people that they got no mail, or got it a few days after their order was shipped so maybe there is an issue with the system somewhere?
Most customers do not seem to have this issue. We will investigate this. Thank you.
-
The funny thing is that I did eventually get a mail with a notification that it had been sent, 20 minutes after it got delivered. Better late than never I guess? :p
Was that an auto-mail or a response from the team to a request you sent?
-
Thanks, on order but no in my hands yet
You can download and read the manual beforehand

From the manual:
The three TUNER LEDs on the front of the PROFILER Player are always active, so you can monitor your tuning
while you play. Even when you're not in tuning mode, the LEDs give you general information as to whether your
guitar is in tune or not. If a guitar string is far out of tune, only the outer LEDs will be on. As your string gets closer to
the correct tuning, the middle LED becomes brighter. If your string is in tune, only the middle LED will be lit. So, to
tune your strings, make sure that the white LED in the middle is on, and the surrounding green LEDs are both off.
The streaming tuner shows a flat string by LEDs streaming to the left, a sharp string by LEDs streaming to the right. When the string is in tune, the LEDs do not move.

Got the player just now, but I never got a shipping notification.
Are you using gmail or hotmail? We send automated emails regarding the status of orders. They seem to get lost sometimes with these (and some other) providers.

00diablo00 Did you route PC data to the USB output of the Ampero?
There is a dedicated setting:
Output To lets you decide how MIDI message will be sent. You can send it via either Bluetooth, USB jack, MIDI OUT jack or any combinations.
As the USB to MIDI cable worked, I assume that the ampero is set to send to MIDI out only.
