Just a small idea:
When pressing the softkeys on the main page (first and second), in my opinion on the first press it should only display the list. It should start scrolling from the second press.

Hehe, thanks!
-
I also vote for increasing the frequency. The strength of the KPA is the core amp tones.
-
I think Christoph referred to the headroom of the processing power. Not in a "tonal" sense.
Anyway, thanks for the insight. -
You are absolutely right, it is given a bit too much attention.
However it is definitely there, and might be intolerable when playing special types / styles of music.
As this phenomenon is a characteristic feature of old, low-end digital units, at least some official statement would be very welcome. -
Wow, this seems to be getting out of control...
I would really like to see some "official" reaction to these problems. /aliasing included/ -
-
Backing track is from Guitar Hero
All the guitars were recorded with the KPA.Guitar is a Peavey Predator, with a Fender Fat50 middle pickup in the bridge.
Profile is Andy's Hiwatt DR103 Bee+ -
I think it was basically your stock profile.
I have tweaked some frequencies is my DAW. Mainly boosting the low-end a bit. Added an exciter, limiter... etc. Nothing special, just some basic mastering. It is a great sounding profile. The guitar was a Squier '51 with a Suhr SSH+ pickup.

Thanks guys!
I'm only playing the guitar. Vocals were on the backing track.
The profile was a Brute&Phatt amplifier from the rig exchange. ODM70? or something like that. -
Great profiles JMAN, thanks for sharing them!
I just had some fun with the "sleepless" one: -
Guitar cover over a backing track.
I was lazy to learn all the bits...
All guitars from the KPA. -
+1
it could be master alpha for all that matters and I'm still enjoying the hell out of mine
-
In my opinion "no comment" equals to a possible bad news that might affect the sales...
I hope I'm wrong though. I can hear the aliasing on my unit when I look for it specifically, but during normal use, it does not bother me much. Definitely a shortcumming for a fully grown digital unit though that needs to be eliminated if possible. -
Thank you!
-
An excessive current flow can easily kill LEDs. If you're a fully grown man, try to put a LED between the poles of a 9V battery. It will die in a few seconds. However I doubt this is the problem here. A software fix could easily limit the max. brightness.

CK: Based on the negative comments, you might try to model another
type of TS style pedal. Either replace the current one (if memory is a
concern) or add another model to the arsenal. -
Thanks!
