Got to tell you I just took a quick look at the Fractal MFC-1 MK II footcontroller and for $50 more US it offers a "hell of a lot" more control and features then the Kemper Remote which I have been struggling with.
If the AX8 offers at least decent midi features to control other devices I would probably get one to use as a controller and the effects.

As I expected would happen, even though I have been very careful, the plastic locking tab has broken off of the Kemper end of the Kemper cable. It's part of a cable/midi snake and probably snagged on something.
The replacement cable I bought as a spare has a rubber protector so the tab cannot snag. Also it has a 90deg end that I use on the remote side
Kemper should think about having this protection on there next run of cables as I will not buy another one with an expose lock tab

Welcome to the party

Mission just shipped my pots.
-
I've been using it 2 steps down, for COME AS YOU ARE, with no noticeable problem

I just took mine apart last night and will grind and drill and clearcoat, Sunday
-
Just listened again I forgot how good the playing and tone is

Yeah, I thought the green would be enough. But if it gets rubbed at all you can see a dull streak. How does it look being shiny? The Kemper has kind of a Satin or semi gloss look to it.
And even though the shipping kills with Mission . The pot kit and paint will still be less then half of a Mission or Dunlop pedal and It's matching green.
Now more holes to lighten it up. I'm also thinking of taking a grinder to the inside sides for even more weight loss. It all adds up on the pedal board -
Broke down and orders the pot and switch kit from Mission Engineering. I'll install the switch, not sure If I'll use it, but it will be available.
I have also decided to take the pedal apart and drill a few more holes to lose some more wait and to spray over the green with a satin or semi gloss clear to keep from marking up the green paint.

Glad you're still around and busy. 8 of the 15 profiles in my regular live gig setup, are yours
can't wait to try what you have been up to -
I was once persuaded by a group of users to let the pitch function not override the Wah in this case.
Is your Wah locked?I didn't know this was available.... Cool.

This has been driving me crazy as well. Glad to hear it will be fixed soon

Yes having this as a switchable option would work for all. Still would like to have the ability to repurpose the buttons for other things

Thanks very informative
