Fantastic I'll try them ASAP, I often use an egnater cab on my hi gain rigs, they match very well.
Thanks for the profiles.

Another Marshall from Pete ! Good news
Here's a link to the page where you can get a profile of this amp
Is there a freebie profile there ? I cannot see the link
Yeah it's fine ! It will match the red box very well Any plans for individual holes around the bottom knobs ?
Cool ! I you agree, please share it on the rig ex , there are only a few preamps here and it might be a great addition.
Yeah it's really dirty sounding , the KPA can also do it ! Vocals are really upfront and raw too.
thx mates, hollowbodies are so inspirational guitars, the bigger the better, I love my JS6 it nails every tone you want from jazz , lullabies to ZZ top
great stuff, thx for experimenting !
Ok I checked my KPA and notes , IMHO the tones comes mainly from the
guitar, the hollowbody will give the nasty and dirty tone you're looking
for.
Here is my short rig list ( they were all uploaded long time ago ) for dirty crunchy tones : adjust gain to taste ... EQ 80 HZ minus 3dB
Regarding commercial profiles, I got great dirty tones from Pete ( vintage pack, wizard and the AC30 ) , best crunches ever .
here is one track with the Metro on a big JS6 washburn hollow ( with slide & trem parts and a dirty spring verb sim from the KPA )
definitely yes !
you'll ever have the option to test some mighty amps most of us will never be able to buy, including some really collector ones (dumbles,Gilmour amp, ultra vintage supros ...).
Yes ! excellent vid and lots of fun, you had an opportunity to show lots of cool guitars & shoes : finally a way to justify the collection
I really dig the layering of clean tones in the recording.
Good luck with the finals, what is the main price ?
I'm a big fan of his tone, hollowbodies are not so easy matched on the KPA since they often boom too much in the bass range, so it's usefull to get get a studio eq in a FX slot ( A B C or D) . I think I have a special vibrochamp 66 tailored for this purpose and also Ted Nugent.
Let me check later and I'll upload it.
Dje, j'ai trouvé une suite de presets sur le page boogie (le mark III du coup j'espère que les réglages sont similaires) , si tu peux nous trouver ça :
http://www.mesaboogie.com/media/User Manuals/Mark III.pdf
la page 10 du doc PDF soit la page 2 des presets ( des clean et du crunch)
il y aussi ça : j'adorerais écouter les presets rock / jazz / blues et country
Fender concert 02 is pretty good , the rest is way too gainy for me !
I used your Vox AC30 live last saturday evening with the Jazz band I play, it was a killer tone for me and I got lots of congrats about my tone, even from the artistic director from the place.
Yeah , great ! thx Pete for this free stuff, looking forward to it ...
Your 65's AC30 is still my main rig ATM , I will even attend my 1st live jazz gig this weekend with this one and only , incredible profile
excellent arrangements and interpretation , I love the raiders one, I wouldn't think this theme could be playable on a guitar like you did. I would appreciate a little more laidback playing , it would be more pleasant.
Hello Christoph, thanks for answering. I understand what you did, but I think a lot of 1st time owners don't find the new mode very usable.
I second Peto's post about backward compatibility and also that interesting quote about the 'pedalboard' logic behind the direct edit mode, The 'consistency' is also a problem to us, since the new mode is not that predictable like to old one used to be.
I'm sure you spent a lot of time designing the original mode, so please let us this option back in a system menu in a future firmware.
no your not alone ! I still fighting my way with the new mode ...
I just love the JCM800 kerry king rigs uploaded by Hell-G, every time I need a marshall tone I dial up the KK rig, fantastic for Palm muted rhythm parts and fat leads.
I made a demo clip on my les Paul, back in time ( with some tweaks and CAB changes)
check Rig exchange for this one : JCM800 KerryKing RIB ( this is the one I did tweak)
