The first part of the tune I'm using the MW Plexi (Left side) and a TAF Plexi (Right Side) underneath both of those are fill in chord sounds using MW's Metropolous 69 2 profile... when it shifts at :13-:25 that's the Queen profile mixed with a TAF VibroKing profile. Then it goes back again. The notes on the end are the Queen with some DejaVibe. No real over the top processing on the gtrs. Just some subtractive eq'ing to clean out the mud and some of the upper freq dentist drill junk. The organ is via the Electro Harmonix B9 pedal.
Fronted MW's Plexi with a Redhead Love pedal and TAF's with a Soul Food pedal on the heavier sounds. Played MW's profiles with my Tele with an F-hole and the TAF profiles with my LP.
This is the first minute of the tune... I'm playing everything so forgive the lack of drum skills. I'll post the finished tune when complete.

Always dug that tune. You did a great job on it
-
Total movie soundtrack type material. I envisioned a foot chase kind of thing through crowded foreign street. I dug it.

Most excellent! Very Derringer'esque !
-
Romeo Delight was always a favorite VH tune. You nailed it!

So I had a little time today (40 min) on my lunch break to dial through about 20-30 of these and all I can say is WOW !!! So well balanced and alive sounding. Every new profile I pulled up immediately inspired a tone specific riff...if that makes any sense. Excellent , Excellent, Excellent !!! Thank you Michael Wagener for a most awesome contribution to the KPA community.
You and Andy have essentially eliminated any and all G.A.S. I'll ever have for buying any more amps. My bank account thanks you! : ))

Bought the studio pack last night. I'll try to get some samples done and posted from my guitars (LP, Strat & Tele) within the next week .

Excellent , looking forward to this album , especially with some voices if you plan to add some ?
The tones sure sound vintage , the drums are maybe a bit too modern/ bright for my flavor ( except for the toms & cymbals that are spot on )
There will be a track that is totally all vocals and the singer is pretty powerful. It will my first time working with him. He will be in studio with me this Saturday! Thanks for the thoughts Waraba... yeah I kept the snare and kick a little on the bright side to cut through and made them a tad bit more powerful than the period would have rendered but I've been listening to old Derringer and Travers stuff so I guess that's how my ears are translating it. : )) Thanks again for the kind words.

Seriously awesome tones throughout!

More from my 70's influenced instrumental rock album that I will be releasing on vinyl next year.
Not so much designed to be a soloing tune but more an overall vibe type tune.
Hope you dig it.All played with strat through a couple of the different RedPlate profiles from Andy. Fronted one of the profiles with a Soul Food pedal cranked up.

It just occurred to me that there was a mention of "technical" reasons for the delay of the release of the Rig Pack. Perhaps they were waiting for 2.6 because MW had been given an early release of 2.6 to use in creating his profiles? And they wouldn't work properly with the earlier firmware.
Is it not possible to make profiles "work" across all firmware releases? I'm getting tired of feeling like I'm held hostage to updating firmware if I want newly made profiles. -
Very cool !!

Well... anybody got a Wizard out there??
That just hit me as crazy funny !!! : )) hahaha -
Hush... Don't tell sinmix!
Sorry, couldn't resist
Not aware of anything regarding sinmix so I hope nobody thinks I'm baiting something or someone. I just simply dig the profiles. : )) -
Great playing! Tone for days man...
-
These are just fantastic! So juicy and dynamic. Huge thumbs up!!!!

Love the palm mute sound at about 01:03
Sweet! Thanks! it took a few takes to sync up the two L/R gtr tracks, bass track and harmony gtr track so that it didnt get mushy. Fun little riff to play. Thanks again. -
Very cool. Is that a univibe setting that kicks in half way through?
Sean
Kemper Rotary effect mixed with a little twinge of Univibe on the chorus/Vintage setting. Thanks! -
Then you might dig this.
TAF Plexi Superlead mixed with Bogner Goldfinger
