KPA team, would you please put that "studio-eq like" equalizer to the main and monitor outputs, at least as an option to choose! PLEASE!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH..............................

Ok, yes, thats with reverb/delay...
Original suggestion was made to have two different effect in one slot to increase the amount of possible effects in a signal chain:
different effect combinations of effects that have not necessarily nothing to do with
each others. Of coarse that means also more parameter pages, thats "side effect"(all that without having to do new version of KPA with more slots, or buy two of them, or to add other devices to KPA:s loop sacrificing also one slot, or put something between KPA and poweramp....)
I think you get the idea?
-
Maybe some people (like me) like to have a modulation effect in the mod slot?
+1 for both of his suggestions (additional EQ in the stack section and global boost)!I cannot see the need for having EQs in the effect section all the time. The Stack EQ is your friend.
However, how about the MOD slot for the boost ?
Sorry but if there is need to boost/cut some frequencies in a outputs (exact way) you have to compensate that with slot-eq after stack...or put additional harware between KPA and poweramp as it seems to be with some users.
Maybe that stack-eq request is good idea for that also. -
I tried a MXR 10 band in the effect loop and it sounded great though the level had to be kept down (way down, I couldn't run it near 0db) or it would overload the return causing pops and for the sound to cut out.

Aaaaah, it is a shame people have to put extra EQ to KPA, BECAUSE there is no enough delicated eq in a monitor and main output!
-
Hey, Joeck and Ingolf, its OK!
Seriously, Im not so serious! But the slot-request still exist...as waiting studio eq-like parametric implementation to monitor and main output...
-
Again, still waiting studio eq-like parametric implementation to monitor and main output...
...because there is need to have more spesific EQ there (without sacrificing any slots)!!! -
-
YES, YES, exactly!!!!
(still waiting studio eq-like parametric implementation to monitor and main output...)
-
ALL available effects plus another one in ONE slot.
AND why not! KPA is just a computer (plus other things, I have to mention this because otherwise someone get mad... ) -
And my suggestion was made in a serious way....
(still waiting studio eq-like parametric implementation to monitor and main output...)
-
Maybe it is possible to program for example x-slot so that you can have two effect at a time.
So we need no Kemper version 2 with more slots...(still waiting studio eq-like parametric implementation to monitor and main output...)

Hahaa! He hasnt EMG:s, thats why!
Really off-topic, but you must check this out, something similar.....:

Quoted from "Maurizio70"
Just to let you know that the rel 2.2 have other two problems that I have already comunicated to the support:
1) Output Preset build in some releases doesn't work anymore
2) copy/paste a cabinet from a rig to another stop working the KPA and must be restartedThis will be fixed in the next firmware most probably

so you don't like passives.. maybe you're the first one Ive heard say that do you have any songs or samples anywhere
Dont take this too seriously, it has made with RiffWorks, played with Steinberger with EMG81 -and I didnt have Kemper yet.....hope you have fun at least:

Here is my Tokai Explorer raped with EMG:s...video is mostly as a joke...

And do not forget this IF you want to have some dynamics in your recordings:

Stevoe, I cant see nothing wrong with sound in your samples.. exept missing bass and drums..as said..
I have many EMG:s in a different guitars and they really can sound a bit differently in a different guitar.
Anyway, all my "playing" guitars has EMG:s, I havent ever be satisfied with passive mics...
And: I also have active middle boosters, they are very useful: www.axesrus.co.uk/Artec-Sounds-EXP-Warm-Tone-Boost-p/exp.htmAnd: I like iZotopes plugins.. and thanks nakedzen sharing new ones, I´ll give them try soon!
BTW: ValhallaRoom is must reverb....Kippis!

Havent noticed, Maurizios test is easy to read, fine,fine..

Yeah, I trust to my ears but it would be very helpfull to get those frequencies and bands "in a paper" because I have used to use digital eq:s and I can quickly correct things when I know what is the exact frequence and bandwith.....

Pink noise to KPA:s guitar input (all stomps, stacks and effect cancelled) recorded from main out -and here it is how it looks:
