Kiitti! Nämä täytyy testata.
Greetings. Here's my small contribution to bring you the sounds of old, more or less obscure and forgotten amps.
-Dynacord Twen combo with vibrator, '69-early 70's
But what's all this then^
-
Just uploaded it to the exchange, I think it is a pretty clear sounding high gain profile.
The AMT P1 is an fx pedal sized SS analog preamp, that is modeled after the PV 5150.

Saw your post on GAB, HNKPAD!
-
Have you tried reinstalling firmware? Different guitars have the exact same problem?
-
Nope, Boogie and Dumble (and a Bludotone)
Ah. Just a rumour I heard around 2004, when Framus released that Santana signature head.
-
Afaik he's been using Framus amps for the past decade or so for lead tones. (The Dragon and Cobra)
-
Yeah I always make sure all of the profiles are equal volume in mine, amp eq at noon, fx off. But even a not so good profile can come to life if I change the cab.
Here's a really good video on audio myths and perception:

Still can't hear any difference.
But I'm surprised that by looking at the waveform the Kemper seems to have more dynamics than the real amp.
-
If you want to reduce pick attack even more, increase the compression parameter from the amp and add a parametric eq cutting somewhere between 2 and 4 kHz with a high q-value (you'll need to experiment since this varies depending on tuning etc).
-
Thanks guys! And thanks to Tecks for making the Mesa profile from me as well, that has become my all time favorite so far.
-
I really like the Swamp Thang as well. My 2x12 loaded with a G12K100 and a ST sounds as big as my 4x12 loaded with V30's, mostly because the speaker combination sounds so fat and big. V30's sound thin in comparison.
-
Thanks for listening!
-
Nice tone! I was secretly hoping you would get a Kemper, always loved the tone in your amp vids.

Great sounding profile, thanks!
-
I'd hazard a guess that it's because the Kemper isn't analog (ie. there is no signal path going from one effect to the next) but the whole x-mod-delay-reverb section is processed as a whole. Just a guess though.

for me THE BEST patch ever is the engl savage by nakedzen. big thanks to him. it's basically the best metal tone (not in a mix) i heard out of a modeler. super tight and has that aggressive high mid attack i want.
Thanks man! My favorites for metal (I like my own profiles obviously as well):
