Monitor Out ist immer mono.

Some years ago I had a Tinnitus as well. It was a very low frequency around 100 Hz, so pretty rare I think. I went do the doctor and did get lots of examinations und cortisone. I even had an electrician at home to change the fuse box as the old one made some noise in the same frequency range. Nothing helped. In the end the Tinnitus went away and I have no clue why. What I'm trying to say is: there's hope. Good luck!
Edit: I even went to a dentist and an orthopedist because it's possible, that the Tinnitus is caused by teeth or the spine.

What about firewall settings regarding Rig Manager? Just a thought...

Always tweak your sounds at the volume level you'll be using it later (e.g. live sound = tweaking at live level). Check Fletcher-Munson on Google.

In the output menu there's the option "Monitor Stereo". Activate it and you should be done.
-
USB is only for communication between Rig Manager and the Kemper. No audio over this connection.

Maybe this helps:

What about interference from any wireless or other powered devices nearby the KPA?
-
Oh, god *** it, I seem to have disengaged the "Monitor Cab Off" in the output menu. That did fix it.
-
So I want to hear the Cab from the profile in FRFR through the Kabinet. Is it not possible to override that from the CAB menu?
I'm not sure about this atm as I'm not in front of my KPA. For testing how the profile sounds with the stored cab go to output menu and disbale the kone.
-
Ah ok. Let's start from the beginning: the KPA screen in the video indicates a globally activated imprint (accessable via the output menu). If you like to put the KPA in FRFR mode simply disable the entire cab section by pressing the cab button on the front of the KPA so that the light is off. But in this case it's only in FRFR mode if you're using a kone. If you're using a kone and like to hear the cab stored in the profile itself you have do disable the kone via the output menu.
-
I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly but in your video I saw you disabling the cabinet section completely. In this case the KPA works in FRFR mode so the imprints are not available.

I mention this 'cause it sounds to me as if the acoustic aspect of your playing has bled into the signal somehow.
He recorded with a cam mic, maybe you're hearing the non-amplified string attack.

It doesn't depend on slave/master, it depends on what you like to do via SPDIF. If you like to reamp, both connections are necessary. If you only like to record/hear via SPDIF, one connection is enough.
