Thank you very very much for all your excellent profile collections. Specially the strat-specific ones.
What a pity if you'd really stop profiling ... -
Thanx djemass for these fine profiles. I like this collection very much - and of course I like JP, too.
Now I'm hurrying to jingle some solos with your sounds ... -
Hi, are these profiles from real amps or from the Mark Studio 1 VST plugin?
I don't know. I'm into production of music, therefore this info isn't important for me.
Let your ears decide! -
@ pacocito
What do you think about The Amp Factory free bass profiles?
Yeah, I'm a fan of nearly all profiles by And44 (specially the classic sounds for single-coils) including the free bass prof collection. But imo some CBC-GK-profs are awesome for slapping, others are great for that "dive in your rumbling speaker"-sound!
@ kamin21: i have one important question to all bass-player here what equip do you use with the kpa?
I'm running a 4-string (standard electronics) and a 5-String (active preamp and -eq) thru a weeping demon pedal into the KPA and then into the console. Actually I'm doing 99% studio works, sold my bass amp a few days ago. No tricks so far. When not slapping I prefer extra heavy pleks. For monster-bass-sounds I route the direct-out of the KPA into an Axe-FX, recording both in dual stereo.

CBC - you're great. I like your Bass-profiles very very much!
Waited so long for GK-Profs like yours!
Thanx a thousand times, you made me glad!To all players using the KPA also for bassing:
Check the CBC-profiles - it'll be worth! -

Yes, I tried several sticks, the error repeats. While updating firmware the KPA-displey shows the progress steps "Unpacking data", "applying update data" and "finalizing". The error occurs at the end of the finalizing-stage (at 99%). I can't belive that this is really a read-error on the USB-device, to me it seems to be a checksum- or interpretor-error. Still hoping for a conclusion.

Actually I can't update do 1.6.0 release, 1.6.0 public beta worked fined. The KPA unpacks the 1.6.0 release update-data and updates the firmware until 99% progress. Then the Message "Update has failed! There was a problem reading update data" appears. Actually there are 868 rigs stored in the KPA. Is any solution for this problem available? - Thanx in advance.

Just dated up to 1.5 beta - and you're right: Backup took <4 min (ca 1500 rigs).
Thanx! -
Thank you, didn't know about renaming the backup. Only the *.tar option is working on my PC (Win XP Pro SP3). But nevertheless an export-option in the stomp-edit screen would be nice cause a full backup actually takes about 50 min at my KPA due to a lot of rigs. Anyway - thanks for the hint.

Hi, good people,
I would like to have an export function for user-created stomp presets, please - if possible like "Export this preset -/- Export all presets" in Stomp-edit-screen.
Thanx in advance
