Try switching off then switch on in browser mode whilst pressing the rig button until is says something like initialising rig
I had a similar issue on an earlier firmware. Something to do with a corupt rig rather than the firmware itself.

I've sent him another email today. Will see how it goes.
I've had confirmation emails from tom saying he will sort my issue....however no resolution since first contact with him last September.
Here is mine
Yes I'd like to get hold of these too please.
Just to add that kemper support responded to my ticket within 40 minutes of me emailing them....and it was out of hours. Great service.
Sorted... found the answer in another thread....raised a ticket anyway as it would be nice to know what caused it.... to fix I rebooted in browse whilst holding downtime rig button... until it said initialising rig
HAs someone seen this before ???
As soon as I switch to performance mode I get the following :
A Software error occurred
expr=track <mTrackChunks.size()
file=../framework/midi/persistence.cpp
line=1000
func=Access:MIDI::Track* Access::MIDI::File:GetTrack(size_t)
swvs='public Beta: 3.3.0.11973B" (CRC=2F1DF96C)
Take a picture and contact support. Press exit to reboot
rebooting in browser mode is ok, performance mode does this every time... have tried switching on and off, have tried upgrading software from 3.1 to 3.3 but still get the same.....
How do I open a support ticket.?
Need this up and running ASAP got rehearsal tomorrow and gig at the weekend.
Thanks
Mike
My latest.
Yeah I agree with that, I have a Dunlop expression pedal that cost me £100, then I discovered the moog ep3 I now have two of these, cost me £35 each. They are not metal like the Dunlop but well made and as they travel in a flight cased pedal train I have no worries about them not being sturdy enough.
My set up
For volume I use Dunlop dpv3, also got two moog ep3's that I use for wah and pitch. Both are great pedals...if I had known about the moogs prior to buying the Dunlop I would probably have not bought the Dunlop...
Purely based on cost.
Got a duel switch plugged in for two extra switches but not actually found a use for it yet. The remote seems to have all the switching needs covered so far. Got three expression pedals...volume, wah and one reserved for morphing and pitch.
Definitely internal features for me.
Solved by taking the ep3 out of pedal 6 and putting my duel switch in there instead. expression pedals now in 3,4 & 5 and all working fine... don't know why but I'm up and running.
thanks for the replies... just got it working... for some reason slot 6 won't work correctly, so I've put my duel switch in there and got the expression pedals in 3,4,5 and all working fine...weird but at least I've got a workable solution.
cheers
Mike
Hi all hope you can helpI'm using a two moog EP3 expression pedals and a dunlop dvp3, plugged into the remote as pedal 3, 5 & 6. The pedals in 3 & 5 work as expedted, the one plugged into 6 has its functions reversed(with all the same settings as the other pedals i.e. pedal type 1) no matter what I try I can't solve it... tried pedal type 2, tried changing the switch on the bottom of the EP3, still reversed.... also reversed if I plug the DVp3 into that slot ! It's driving me nuts... am I doing something wrong?
thanksMike

I've used bicycle chain links to screw pedals to a wooden board in the past. I've just bought a pedal train too, I've simply removed the rubber feet from the remote, and used Velcro to attach to the pedal train. Works great, and I've got the flight cased version so no worries about moving around and damage in transit.
Just to add something to the mix... I play in a worship band, and although we play songs by Jesus culture, bethal, Hillsong etc I don't get hung up on trying to recreate their guitar sound. I create my own guitar sounds which I like, sometimes they are similar to the artists mentioned sometimes not.
Being a musician is about being creative is it not ? As long as it sounds good and fits in with the rest of the band why not experiment with your own sound, and don't be afraid to play different parts if it fits the song. If we get hung up on playing exactly whats on the CD, and recreating the exact sounds then we may as well hang up our guitars and just play the CD.
