Kemper already has the best transpose and pitch effects IMO! Enjoy!
I agree with the best harmonizer effect. Transpose could use some improvement.

Yeah, none of these changes affect how I use my KPA, so I'm going to wait for the next revision.
Advantages of using a powered monitor are that the power amp is designed for the drivers and has a protection mechanism to prevent blowing them out.
Thanks again, all! Turns out the Waitin' On The Bus rig is a little more complicated than I remembered:
The Money For Nothing rig is a version of the one I previously uploaded to the Rig Exchange, this time tweaked to better match the studio recording and to work well with the DiMarzio Virtual Solo bridge PU:
Robman, yep, the guitar is my prototype/test mule Mercury Head. It's a beater and has some issues that are embarrassing from a build quality standpoint, so I keep it on a tight leash and run experiments on it. Other builders might bandsaw something so flawed, but it sounds and plays nice so I figure why waste perfectly good wood.

This applies to the pedal jacks on the KPA itself too.
Guitar/mix/synth.

My new power trio cover band, Good Sugar, will be making its debut opening for the fantastic Grateful Dead tribute August West (lead by my buddy and monster guitarist Jack Devine) at Singlecut Beersmiths in Astoria on Friday, October 30th @ 8pm.
Hey, even if you don't like the bands, you'll still love the food and the beer!

Oh yeah, sorry I missed that comment. I used my JTV-69S' '59 Strat neck PU simulation in D standard alt tuning. Like Han Solo with the Millenium Falcon, I made a few modifications:

Yeah, Pure Boost isn't the same as turning the Gain knob. I would create separate rigs for the Gain settings you want.
You have the patience of a saint for sticking with it that long! I would've given up after a month at the latest. Glad you eventually worked it out.
Thanks, guys! I'll post settings for the ZZ Top rig, but IIRC it's just Michael Britt's 72 Mars with the Stack EQ treble turned down a bit.
I find it very easy to use live, certainly easier than my old pedals+amp rig. I do a lot of singing, so being able to hit 1 footswitch to change sounds is a huge deal for me. I don't use the Remote. Since my setlists are known in advance, I just program my patches in setlist order and step through them more or less sequentially using a 2-button footswitch for up/down navigation. Others prefer to organize their patches in banks with footswitches for selecting patches and individual FX. Whatever works for you.
Just placed my order. We'll see soon enough.
Yes, I used timowens' HAWP7 MSTR-05 profile of his BE100, from this monster thread:
Have amps, will profile the BE100: Lets make some profiles...
A few people on TGP have received theirs. Looks great so far.
My first led died last weekend. An my KPA is out of warranty as I bought it on January 2012...
Still a good idea to contact Kemper support. You may be pleasantly surprised.
