That's similar to how i set mine up most the time
Setting 1) DRIVE: 8:30; TONE: Max; LEVEL: 3:00 o'clockI will say though, i used to think they sounded the same and used to defend it from posters who said they didn't, but they don't, it's not a settings thing
green scream just doesn't sound as open , like its squashed a bit at high output and loses its open-ess ...hard to explain but easy to hear. Iwas comparing last night and i coudn't get sounding as good . Sounded squashed ...
a bit disappointed , hope they get revised

I've encountered 2 bugs with the release, when editing the reverb parameter ,, it will just crash and send a sine wave
and the 2nd one is a tick or pop sound that keeps goin about every 2 seconds , i can most of the get rid of it by changing profile , but somrtimes it does come back

New update fixing the Reverb controls
that was quick,.... cant demo the Kemper at NAMM and not have these working
Thank you Kemper team
-
Anyone else get this , its like there's a short phase delay (2-3ms) around on all the time , all my effects are off !!! especially apparent when using overdrive dist fx ,
Thought it might be a doubl in my system , but headphones straight in Kemper and i get this
-
Yes on the Rev Module , and they still don't work !
-
Yes all the bugs mentioned are there , i wasn't really looking for new reverb but gotta say, these reverbs sound really good, really digging "natural reverb"
Thank you Kemper team

Got mine late October 2012, I was looking at Axe FX for a while and ELEVEN, was looking for something better than my Line 6 products I had, i guess it was the HD500
I didn't even know about Kemper, I forget how I heard about it, must of been some online thing, went to check it out immediately, the music store had it in stock, played with it in the store. liked it but still wasn't sure , you know how it is in a store.
Salesman said "try it at home, if you don't like it you can bring it back before 7 days". Needless to say , i never brought it back ! 6 years and counting
So glad I didn't go the Axe route, i would of had to upgrade every year or so and still be inferior to Kemper

Yeah most of the time, keyboard players would do the harmony , not entirely sure i liked it though, done it alone hundreds of time and it always killed !

A cool feature that would be useful is an undo redo as it doesn't seem to work at the moment
That would be amazing
Keep up the good work and thank you

Love the editor, just noticed a little kind of bug, if I change Reverbs from the editor selecting a user preset, when I save it ,
it saves it as a new profile instead of asking to replace it.

If you select “All Rigs”, your search will include all folders.
yes but I don't want the Whole Rig exchange in my search, I just want my selected folders .
I want it to work like a windows folder, a tried and proven method of searching
-
When doing a search in RM, can it be fixed that it searches all the subfolder also of the folder that i'm searching
It only searches the folder itself , not any of it's subfolders.
Very frustrating when searching for specific things , I have to manually search every folder and subfolder

What I noticed though with the amps cranked loud, is that when A/B the profile, there is a difference when comparing , you hear the room from the source and it makes the profile sound a bit different

Really? Damn that makes me angry. I bought the Mission. It looks great but what a rip off. Just a rebranded Crybaby.
Actually a cry baby is less expensive, has more parts and electronics in it, so lets say mission are charging more than top dollar.
I bought a few cry baby ' s for $25 and converted them

For me they were a big waste of money. I don't like them , and don't use them, the bottom end is not there, they sound veiled, like a blanket is over them
-
I did notice little things like certain values are different on Toastme than on KPA like with the phaser vibe for example , but those are minor things. The editor is so useful
Still give a 2 big thumbs up for Damian who did this . Kemper should put him on their payroll

You can backup directly from the Kemper
-
Keep a backup of everything on the USB, including OS

Ok decided to give this editor a try, had tried it way in the beginning and didn't work for me , but now this seems to be great. Only played a few minutes with it but... seems to be great
I can finally see all the parameters of my sounds without goin thru the pages of the kemper. like the reverbs, or delays, seeing all the settings in one page is just so much better.
remind me of when I had a Pod and could see and edit on the computer.
I haven't been one to ask for an editor that much, but now that I have this , yes.... its so much better
