If you use a full range cabinet, you would not need to switch outputs.
Switching inputs can be done with any A/B switch.
IF you are even a little handy with a soldering gun, you could wire a DPDT switch to be a "dual" switch - it would do A/B and C/D at the same time.
OR - look for switch boxes made by WOBO - I'm sure he could make a dual switch for you. I have a "two in, two out, with switchable FX loop" box that he made on my live pedalboard, and it has been perfect for years

"I know. Less hassle with the turning knobs thing for letters. However, I'll make a backup copy of the files before I do rename the one to be imported."
If you import a profile into a Rig Manager folder from your computer, it IS a copy. Your original files will still be in the original PC location.

That RAWKS~! Well done - really like the dynamics in the arrangement:)
I have a question, and it may sound like an odd one, if the answer is "no". Did you also have TV/Film/Video Games in mind, in addition to a CD/iTunes release?
It may just be a coincidence of tempo, but the stops in your arrangement line up pretty nicely with preferred edit points for that kind of music. If it is a coincidence, there are more markets to pursue for getting people to hear your music

It happens after playing for awhile? If you have not volume balanced the clean sounds to the gain sounds, you may be hitting the guitar harder with clean sounds. Any red LEDs on the Kemper when you play clean? If so, you may be overdriving a gain stage in the Kemper with playing dynamics. (It is sensitive enough to do that, if the player does not set it up for their style)
Test the Cab:
Have someone else play their guitar through a Factory stock Kemper clean profile - just as loud as you have been doing, and long enough for it to happen. If it does not happen, you are overdriving something when you play clean sounds after awhile.
If it DOES happen, switch to a different cabinet right away (a PA cab or monitor would work), and have them play some more. If the second cabinet does not IMMEDIATELY have the issue, the issue is in the first cabinet.

If it sounds good to you when recording it, a FRFR speaker or two will give you the same sound you like when you are recording. I don't re-EQ profiles I like for live use.

Great job!

Welcome, D!
This box IS the cure for Amp GAS - you'll find so many great sounding rigs, the idea of not having what you need may start to fade When I see an ad for an interesting new amp, my first thought is "If someone profiles it, I'll listen to it then"
Since you undoubtedly have personal favorite "real" amps that you have been playing up to this point - be sure to profile them, so they will be in the box with the others. You will really like having "your sound" without having to mic up the amps to record.
