I know I use a speaker lead from speaker out to the cab but unsure where to connect the tr lead to on kemper in book it contradicts itself as it says monitor out in one part and when on the diagrams it says direct out

Thanx for coming back to me
-

-
I'll take it
-
Thanx for everyone that helped hopefully it will be good for the future now
-
Eventually got it back and yes the screen seems to be nice and tight now
-
Ok well andertons redirected as it was coming back from repair centre directly to them and they sent it to wrong address so after a day of waiting home for it I managed to get hold of ups and went and collected it from them , not sure what they done but now screen isn't moving at all and looks like them blob issue has gone
-
That's the thing as they are very vague it's hard to know what a mechanical repair entails
-
Update : after sending the unit back to Kemper direct it was refused by them and sent back to the uk then it was sent to the repairer and all they have done is a mechanical repair which probably means nothing if the screen is still really loose and flimsy when I get it back then I'm going to very unhappy camper ( what a shower this warranty really is )

Well after a complete 2 weeks of my
Kemper being returned to Kemper direct and being refused and sent back to the uk then sent to the repairers I'm finally getting it back and they haven't replaced anything just done a mechanical repair so that the screen will still be really loose and not replaced what a load of cobblers -
update, andertons has offered to send the unit back as a good will gesture, however i had to travel from bristol to guildford to deliver it to them so i will keep you all updated on what happens
-
I've already spoken to Kemper and they are contacting andertons to try and sort it out
-
When I bought it from the seller they said the warranty is transferable Kemper say this but they are saying to do the repair that you need to send it back to the dealer as they only do warranty repairs through the dealer that supplied it . So if the dealer won't do it be issue you are not the original purchaser the warranty isn't worth nothing and in the end no matter who bought the Kemper it was a faulty unit supplied by that dealer
-
Not what Kemper are saying
-
Here's the email I got
-
No I have the email saying that they won't do anything as I'm not the orignal purchaser
-
Not in my case the dealer doesn't want to know about repairing it or replacing it and Kemper will repair it but you have to pay shipping , what a load of rubbish if you have to pay what's the point if a warranty
-
Be careful as I bought a power head Secondhand and I even have the original invoice showing it was bought from andertons and is still under warranty , had a problem with screen and the cover touching and causing like a thumbprint underneath the screen and a small peice a debris under the plastic or glass cover. Rang andertons and they don't want to know as I'm not orignal purchaser spoke to Kemper and they are willing to repair it but only if I pay to ship it which to insure it for its value and ship itnto Germany is very expensive . What a load of rubbish this warranty is
if it's not transferable -
That's great if you are the first buyer if you buy one secondhand and it goes down within the 3 year period they don't want to know and the repair company want to charge you shipping which to cover over 1500 quids worth of Kemper is going to cost a fair whack of cash what a crap warranty than isn't interchangeable
