I had a 1981 Les Paul Custom and did not like it. Tried different pickups but still did not sound good. It was just a dead piece of wood so I sold it. In fact I have never played any off the shelf Les Paul I liked. The exception is the Gibson Historic series Les Pauls from 2010 and earlier, have not played any Historic made after 2010. I found all the Historics to be very nice sounding. Play a bunch and found one I really liked an R9. Sounds great.

I also recieved an email today. I opened it and saw the profile download links. But seeing the links just makes me want to buy more great Guidorist profiles. When is the other Angel profile pack coming out?
-
Picked up your new Solo Guitar Lesson and the rest of the profiles I did not have to make my Guidorist profile collection complete
Love the new Angel PWR II profiles. To me sounds like a high gain crunch. Really really nice profiles and unique.
Thanks for adding so much to the KPA and music community and your generosity. I enjoy playing my guitar even more because of you. -
The KPA needs an editor badly. It would make things so much easier for users. I'd take the editor first over new reverbs any time. I can get by with the reverbs now and if I want more I'll buy one and put it in the loop.

Another not cheap but
An original Marshall PA 20 all settings including jumpered. -
Are there any sound samples of the Acoustic Pack played with electric guitars?
-
Guidorist, Thanks for explaining how you guys make the merged profiles. Thank you very much.
-
Have you guys ever asked the people selling the profiles for the information? I would think they would as much information as you want about the profiles they are selling. If not I guess they won't be getting your business. The people selling profiles I have asked have been very nice in answering my questions.

Sharry,
Your last post was excellent. You brought up some very good points. Thanks

I also agree the KPA very very much needs an editor. It would make everything you do on the KPA easier.
Not to mention knobs and buttons wear out or sometime just fail. That means your KPA gets shipped away for 2-4 weeks for repair.
The KPA interface as good as it is will never be able to match an editor on your computer for ease of use and major time savings. -
I bought four complete packs yesterday, downloaded them, and then played them for a few hours. I then immediately bought 11 more compete packages .Wow! These profiles are fantastic! You cannot go wrong buying these profiles and for the price it is a no-brainer. I commend you on the prices Guidorst! Thank You.
I look forward to your next profiles. -
here are a few more that I like that are on the rig exchange
FD Bandmaster 1 by Jochen Gedicke - Clean
Roland Jazz Chorus JC-120 by Hal - Clean
GRS FSR by GRS Studios - many profiles by this name
Jimmy GT Trio CH1,2,3 by Jimmy - I personally like CH3, I have always liked the distortion sond of this amp

For the commercial profiles many of the dealers have free samples. I highly recommend you try those out. If you can't find their free profiles I would contact them.
