I'm worried about the delivery address: you have to type the house number in a separate box and it displays:
Some Street 555
instead of:
555 Some Street
which I'm sure will confuse US delivery people.I worked around this by typing in:
Box 1: 555 Some
Box 2: StreetWhich in the end gave me: 555 Some Street
I know its a bit strange, but im sure Kemper will fix this.

Nice, looks good!

... and by the way. When the Tuner-Button is activated, is the Tuner shown in the Display or only over the three LED´s?
I saw a beta tester post this on facebook, the tuner shows up on the display screen and the LED's.

Kemper replaced my defective unit a couple of months ago (awesome of them btw). I recieved the new one with a silver chicken knob and also the finish on the rack was a bit more grey than black.
I think the black knob looks better, but it functions the same so I can live with it haha

Never mind, already posted.

Check out the Carvin DCM1540L... sounds great with my Kemper and 2x12. Great price and weighs only 14lbs.

Anyone know if Kemper are selling the remote direct to customer only? Or if they are stocking them @ sweetwater, musiciansfriend, etc?

Hey guys, hope everyone had a Merry X-Mas! My buddy and I recorded an intro cover of Frosty the Snowman by August Burns Red. We were originally supposed to record the whole song, but due to busy schedules we only had an hour or so to record this clip :(.
The guitars/bass are all the kemper (no eq/effects in DAW) and the drums are superior drummer.

So I opened up a ticket with kemper and recieved a quick response.
Here is what they said:
"So this is mysterious. We want to get that unit back here to take a look at it, so here is what I am doing. I am going to send you a new unit today, and also you should receive a UPS label from UPS.com to return the old unit. I don't want you to be waiting again, so we will just swap and figure out the LED issue on our own time. Sound ok?"
Honestly, this is the best customer service I have EVER received. I have a new kemper and the old one has been shipped back to them. Kemper went beyond fixing it and just sent me a unit. Definitely makes me want to recommend Kemper Profiler to everyone I know

It might be my OCD haha. But in all honesty a unit that costs $2,000 should not have failing LED's. It's obviously not an isolated case and it is not limited to early run of toasters. If I remember correctly, I read somewhere on this forum that when an LED goes out (1 or all) they replace the whole panel anyways. This worries me as it's a re-occuring issue and I don't want to have a beat up looking kemper after the 3 year warranty period is over.
I wrote this on here in hopes that @ckemper would give us some insight on why this is happening? And if it a known issue...how to they plan to rectify it and work with the existing warranty?

Sorry guys, posted this on the wrong sub forum... My mistake, please move if needed.

First off, I love my Kemper. Completely satisfies my needs. But, I am pretty frustrated.
I have owned my kemper rack for 1.5 years. A couple of months back one of my LEDs went out. Weird, since I thought the LED issue only affected early toaster versions.

I sent it in for repairs in early September and I did not have my kemper for 3.5 weeks. Really sucked, but I was just eager to get it fixed.
So last night I turn on my kemper and this is what I see:

Obviously I am extremely bummed out and really don't want to be without my kemper another 3-4 weeks...
My question is, do you guys at Kemper know what causing the LEDs to fail? Its obviously happening way to early on in the lives of the LEDs and to too many people who own kempers. While I understand you guys have great support... What is going to happen after the 3 years warranty is up? Will we all be responsible to fix our own LEDs?
I am opening up a support ticket today. Just really shit situation to be in.
