Hi all,
I'm having some problems with my Kemper where using my Loomis sig guitar with EMG 57-7/66-7 where I'm really driving the input even when lowering the pickups quite a lot.
I know these are pretty hot pickups but I'm getting a lot of noise, overgaining and it's hard to get profiles to clean up when rolling down the volume control.
I have to have the clean and distortion senses down to their minimum to kind of clear it up and I don't think that's right. Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks.

Anyone want to trade their rack for a Black Head in mint condition?

I can't guarantee he'll ever release anything, he did say the profiles were coming out not sounding like the Satan. However he didn't seem adverse to the idea.

No lol. It's a nickname I've used for years since I used to be a huge Bodom fan. I've known Ola for years now from the Andy Sneap forum. He told me this morning he has profiles made, but isn't happy with them and won't release anything until the amp is available everywhere.

I'll speak to Ola and see if he still has access to a Kemper.

Any rhythm tones from Awake please. I love the tones on that album.

It's just the pedal. He answered this on another forum

Ok guys, I seem to be the only one having these problems as far as I know.
I've tried all sorts with phase and even sample accurate alignment.
I'm reamping one single DI through two profiles which is the left rhythm DI from this thread http://www.ultimatemetal.com/f…over-mixing-practice.html
Here's the DI through a Recto profile.
https://copy.com/uOb9Acx6wYfsHere's the DI through a 6505 profile.
https://copy.com/uOb9Acx6wYfsThey sound fine seperately, but when combined they sound strange.
https://copy.com/uOb9Acx6wYfsHere's the same clip with the phase flipped on one of the reamps.
https://copy.com/r6kVB04vqgs9Constant latency was on at all times.
Specs as below
Windows 8 x64
Focusrite Saffire Pro 14
Reaper 4.402 x64
Kemper Firmware 2.0.0 SVN8573
44.1khz 24bit Buffer size is currently 2048 due to a heavy session prior to this little test, but it doesn't seem to change anything.I'm running out of Output 3 (TR/TRS) on the Focusrite into the rear XLR input on a Little Labs Redeye then out of the reamp out of the Redeye to the Kemper, back in to Inputs 3/4 on the Focusrite (TR/TRS).
Any ideas guys? This is really bugging me!

I currently have my Kemper connected to my interface using standard instrument cables, I have speaker cables around from when I sold my cab, will I see any difference using them? Should I be using them instead?
