    Kemper Fans,

We're happy to announce the availability of profiles made from an original 1965 Fender Super Reverb (not the reissue) from a private collection.

    20 Profiles

Gain Range: Clean to mild overdrive

    Speaker: 10" Ceramic

    Profile Type: Studio, Merged

The amp features the original 10" ceramic speakers, and is rated at approximately 40W. I've had a man crush on this amp for quite some time, so we were thirilled to profile another original specimen.

The amp has a somewhat brittle clean tone. When you turn up the volume past about 4 out of 10, the amp starts to break up with the beautiful, full tone that this amp is known for. Definitely not an apartment amp, and is better suited for loud stages. If you love Texas Blues, look no further. It's hard not to play Stevie Ray Vaughan, who often played this model Fender, when plugged into this amp with a Stratocaster!

We've created profiles for both single coil and humbucker-equipped guitars.

    Kemper Fans,

We're happy to announce an updated profile pack made from an original 1959 Fender 5F8-A Twin! We've updated the profile pack with merged profiles, improved mic techniques, and a different speaker.

Back in the day this was Fender's amp for the big stages. Designed to give lots of clean headroom at high volumes, it still gives a moderate overdrive when cranked up. This example is an all-original specimen from a collector's treasure trove.

We got better tones using Celestion Greenbacks instead of the original Jensen P12Q speakers. This is a common mod done to these amps (ask Joe Bonamassa or Keith Richards). Gives the tone more mids with less highs and lows, and a smoother breakup.

    20 profiles

Gain Range: Clean to moderate overdrive

    Speaker: Celestion Greenback

    Profile Type: Studio, merged

Includes merged profiles compatible with Kemper firmware 3.0 and above.

    Hey Kemper Fans,

We're pleased to announce the availability of profiles made from a Mesa Boogie Mark V.

    31 profiles

Gain Range: Clean to high overdrive

    Speaker: Celestion Vintage 30

    Profile Type: Studio, merged

The Mesa Boogie Mark V guitar amp head was built for versatility, and includes many of the tones created during the history of Mesa amplifiers. The three-channel Mark V lets you dial up anything from tweed-like tones to British crunch to the trademark Boogie overdrive.

We've created profiles from the Clean, Tweed, Crunch, Mark I, Mark II C+, and Mark IV settings, using 6L6 power tubes and the 90W output setting. An extremely versatile and great sounding amp!

    Hey Kemper Fans,

We're happy to announce profiles made from a rare 1964 Vox AC30SRT, known as the Super Reverb Twin. The Super Reverb Twin featured factory Tremolo and Reverb, as well as Top Boost circuitry. It was not available in combo form, as the Vox reverb circuit was known to howl if subjected to too much vibration. Some have said this model was the best sounding AC30 ever produced.

This amp includes the original 12" Celestion Alnico speakers, and is a little edgier with more gain than our '63 AC30 combo profiles.

Here's some more info on the AC30SRT.

I did send the Lee Jackson Marshall profile pack to Paul. He thanked me and said he'd give them a try. I didn't hear anything back after that. Must not have liked them...?
