This must be a real stumper. Let ask this, do you have the Two-Rock Jet in your Factory Rigs after the update?

I have the list of Factory Rigs that are in the 2.01 FW Upgrade and I'm missing the Two-Rock Jet. I may be missing more than that, but I haven't gone through one by one to check. Any suggestions? How many Factory Rigs Rigs should be on the Kemper with the latest update? I have 345 factory rigs.
Thanks

I found this list, but I don't think it's up to date with FW 2.01. It doesn't have the Two-Rock Jet listed.

Is there an updated list?
Thanks

The smallest thumb drive I could find at local stores like Best Buy was a 6 gig. That said, the 8 gig was less expensive than the 6 gig. Go figure.

Congratulations, you done good

Yes go to System page 1 Start up Dialog button top of screen it will step you through.
Thanks for the help. I had looked in the manual, but must have missed it.

When I was setting the time and entering my name on the Kemper, I pushed the finished button by mistake after only entering two letters. At first I didn't care, but I'd like to fix it if I can.

It might also be a good idea to frequently wipe the tears of joy from the eyes when playing the kemper.
That can otherwise impair the screen display visibility.I Love It!

There is clear plastic... I removed mine, immediately!
Just pulled mine off while the KPA While it was on. It is clearer now.

It looks like there is, but it's down pretty good. If this is a clear protective sticker, have you removed it? My experience is the Display should be clearer without it. Not hat it's bad with it.

Hey Guys, I bought the Aluminum Case from Harbor Freight and it's perfect. The actual size is 18" X 12" X 8". When the Kemper is in the case, the top of the KPA comes to right to the edge of the case when the two lids are open. there's several inches of play on the sides and enough room from front to back to insert thinner foam. There's room to put cables on either the top or moving the KPA to one side will give you room also. I'm going to carry cables and such in a soft bag. I may just use a sheet of bubble wrap to wrap the KPA. Anyway, this will give me a lot more protection than a soft bag with foam. The Aluminum Box is very light weight and has a good handle with it. It also comes with a cheep strap to carry it on your shoulder. I got the case for a little over $32.00 out the door. I went on line and signed up for their coupons and received a 20% off coupon. They also gave me a nice 25' Tape Measure for free.LOL
Anyway, it's another option and a good one in my humble opinion.

Be sure to read the unofficial WIKI, Lots of great suggestions. I got the BEST sounding clean tone by turning up the cabinet volume control. Made the sound extremely life like.....98% like a tube amp and warm.
Thanks for the tip. I'll be sure to read the WIKI and check out the cabinet volume control. Hmm, none of my cabs had a volume control. Just one more reason the Kemper is a great unit.

125 presets banks with 5 rig slots in each bank
Is a floorboard needed to use the Performance Mode? I was wondering if you could take a factory profile and EQ it for several different patches. Like 4 or 5 versions of the same Profile?
-
By the way, what exactly is "Performance Mode"?

I immediately hooked ti up to my mixer and M-Audio BX8 D2's and the next four hours were the quickest of my life. I've been reading the manual on line and was ready to go as soon as it arrived. First thing I did was set the Clean Sense to my American deluxe Strat. I ended up right at 6.8. Distortion is at 0. After four hours, I've only made it through the first five factory profiles. I spent the last hour and a half playing through the 9 V Crunch. I'm completely floored by the Kemper. I've read a lot of discussion on "Amp In The Room", I think it does have the amp in the room thing going on. Now, I should say, I don't crank my amps when I play. I set them loud enough to hit the sweet spot, but it's not cranked. So maybe that's got something to do with it. I've only scratched the surface, but I'm already blown away. On all the modelers I've tried, I find myself doing the same thing. I tweak, then play for 30 seconds, then tweak and play for an other 30 seconds. So in the end, I'm tweaking more than playing. With the Kemper, I'd tweak a little, then play for 20 minutes or longer. My biggest fear with this was less playing and more tweaking. I can already see this ins't going to happen.
Break times over, back to the Kemper. Expect lots of questions as I dive deeper into the Kemper.
My first questions is, I checked the FW and it's 1.8.1. are there any glitches with the latest 2. something that I should be aware of? Any thing you don't like about the latest FW?
Thanks

Wow! I can't believe this. I checked my FedEx tracking and the Kemper is on the truck for delivery today. Originally, the estimated delivery was Tuesday, 07/09/13.

If it is big enough. It looks like it has a thin later of foam inside the aluminum, so it would protect it from scratches and bumps.
It may be better to have some space for shock protection, though - I had room for an inch of foam around mine.
If you watch the video, it looks like it's big enough. At the end of the video it shows completely different dimensions (7" deep). If you look at the original page, it has spec's that are showing even deeper. I have a Harbor Freight close by. I'll check it out and report back.

Would this work? http://www.harborfreight.com/1…inum-tool-case-69317.html
I know it says it's 5" deep, but I saw this box in person and it looks deeper than that. It has a removable divider.

My Kemper is on the way. I've been listening to The Amp Factory profiles and can see I may be in trouble. Most of them are excellent. I'm hoping the factory profiles are good so I don't end up spending a fortune on The Amp Factory. I can see myself down the road ending up with a half dozen that I actually use.
