After updating windows, unistalling rig manager, reinstalling rig manager 3.5.2
I get the error message as the manger opens:
RigManagerLauncher has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly... etc.

what version of profiler must I dowengrade to communicate with rig manager 3.27???
I have a gig tonight and cannot upload the profiles I need!!
Now RM 3.27 cannot see the updated 10.22 profiler, This is a clusterf**k!!!
I'm on version 14xxxx so I guess no further updates from Kemper will work as I have disabled windows updates.
Perhaps a warning about the windows version would also be of use...
I have disabled windows updates as they always cause problems, so RM 3.5 won't install due to the windows version?
Do you guys have any plans on releasing this for linux, I am fed up of windows.
I have the head with 10.9, from USB stick, do I have to find 10.22 and downgrade?
managed to reinstall RM 3.27
But Unable to download rigs as they require a newer version
RM check software says software is up to date.
Catch 22....
For info tried following instruction and repairing installation, also fails.
Happy for you Tony, but not really helpful was it?
64 bit, manually updated profiler to 10.9
Same here, tried importing rigs got a message saying rig manager out of date. Checked software which stated RM was up to date 3.2. Checked website downloaded and installed 3.5 and the software is bricked!
I've just had another 3 fail just today on boot they no longer respond. One extra on the gain collar and two on the volume collar. I wonder if this would be an easy fix? Mine is one of the earlier modules. I can't see the led itself being the problem but more likely the controller. I might contact Kemper to see if they can supply the module and I can install it myself.....
One of LED's has failed on the Gain collar of my KPA, the LED no longer lights?
Seems like a strange thing to fail, just wondered if anyone else has experienced this quality issue?
Update for you, I've traced the source of my problem to non standard chipset drivers.
My Toshiba Laptop came with crappy Windows 8.1, which I replaced with Windows 7.
I had the toshiba chipset drivers installed side by side with the intel drivers downloaded from the Intel site.
Apparently the Toshiba drivers, even though older are tailored to their hardware platform, the latest intel drivers are therefore incompatible with with the toshiba motherboard even though the chipsets correspond.
Anyway, disabled the intel chipset drivers and no more blue screen
Don't know if anyone else out there has been experiencing the same problems. I'm running the 64-bit version of rig manager on a windows 7 Ultimate system and it crashes the computer pretty much every time I run it, sometimes in a few seconds. The longest time I've had it running before crashing is around 20 mins. The system will suddenly go the blue screen of death and restart...
Any thoughts?
Is this a bug that Kemper would be interested in investigating further for future releases?
All input would be greatly appreciated.
....Update it appears that having 1030 rigs may have been the cause, perhaps running out of memory or something similar. Works fine now that I've taken the time to delete a bunch of rigs.......
Hopefully someone can help me.
When browsing through rigs occasionally the audio cuts out, the input lights are flashing while I'm playing, but no audio just like its muted itself?
I then have to switch the unit off and on again to get the audio back which takes a minute or so.
This is really annoying and I'm wondering what is causing it. Perhaps a fault in the latest firmware????
Thanks in advance for your help.
