Here you go mate
http://www.thegearpage.net/board/showthread.php?t=470956
This is an interesting reading to me, which is worth getting to the bottom for at least two reasons:
- the amazing amount of "eye-opening" info you get when a very competent person talks about a matter they know in depth;
- the objections, questions and answers the forum members give, to show that the average guitar player basically lives on their own myths
Thanks!

I would like to see:
-Spring reverb
-Plate reverb
-Tape delay
-Reverse delay
-Delays able to be placed in 'Stomp' section
-More OD stomps esp. a more realistic Fuzz
- OD stomps that are capable of unity gain/volume! (the fuzz stomps are so loud!)I don't know if these things are possible, and I'm incredibly happy with my KPA the way it is, but this list would be a dream come true for me.

FYI, Jay Mitchell has published on TGP a very cheap way to reduce beaminess in guitar cabs. Those who tried it said it makes wonders, and there's no surprise in this considering the font
HTH
Viabcroce do you have a link to that thread? Sounds interesting.

The 68 Matamp from The Amp Factory is fantastic. One of my favorites.
-
It would be nice if the Kemper Remote could fit in there too. That's what I'm looking for in a rack case.
-
I used the Nova System on these. And I think they are better than the first ones.
Excellent...I'll be checking them out. Many thanks!
-
Nice! I've always liked your other Super Reverb profiles....what's different about these?

Registered.
Looking forward!

The only pedal I have tried in front of my KPA so far is my MJM London Fuzz.
I didn't like it at first...I had it going into the M Britt Princeton profile...but I found that I just had to switch profiles until I found one that worked. I think I ended up using the 59 Bassman from Top Jimi but I'm not quite sure. I also added a stomp - either the soft shaper or the Green Scream - I don't remember. I set it to help round out the tone without adding volume and it sounded great!
I think choosing the right profile to go with your pedal is a huge part of the equation.

I'm very interested in watching this build - please keep us posted!

Glad to hear it.
I love your 64 Concert Amp profiles and I plan to try out some others!
-
Cool man I'll check these out.
Thanks for this!

I am loving both Pack 1 and 2 a lot! They are clear, dynamic, responsive, and not overdone with effects. Great job Michael!
Man...it's amazing...having all these great profiles from TAF, M Britt, Top Jimi, Soundside....not to mention all the great free profiles I've found. It's becoming very difficult to keep my rigs down to a manageable number. I was at 600+ a few hours ago, but I decided to be strong and really try to cut down to my favorites. I still have about 30 different amps(!) on my KPA and a total of 279 rigs! That should cover it I think....
....for now!
I know I'll get the urge to go back and try out all the M Britt (and others) profiles that I decided to put on the shelf for the time being.
What a great time to be a guitarist and own a KPA!

And most politicians suck...no matter what country they come from. I would hope we can all agree on that!

Thanks man I'll check it out!

JUST GUESSING HERE....but....
Maybe 'Artist Mode' is some new section where famous guitarists rigs are profiled and then the artist tweaks the effects etc to get signature tones.
Again, just a huge guess!

This happened to me once as well. I followed the instructions and it seemed to work, but I have no way of knowing since it doesn't say which profiles are damaged.
I have no idea what caused it. -
In the first solo in between verse 1 and 2, it sounds like he also has a delay - set to only one or two repeats and pretty fast, like a slapback.
I didn't listen past that point so I don't know if he does it again or not.Cool guitar sound for sure!
-
I like it!

I agree with all of your points about the delay and reverb. I really want a great tape echo, spring reverb, and plate reverb.
Right now I think the delays and reverbs are usable (and great) for general ambiance, but if I want to go full on 60's drippy spring/plate reverb or Syd Barrett tape echo I have to look elsewhere.
