Well Done!
Thanks! I try
Sounds great!! I like fusion chops!
I used some Fortin profiles on my Kemper.
Its an instrumental. Let me know what you think. I'm open to constructive criticism. I'm trying to get better.
Very cool man! Sounds solid and pro!!!
Display MoreGreat tune, congratulations!
What I like:
Arrangement of the song is interesting and has dynamic aspects... I like the overall energy in the song and especially the calm part in the middle very much.
Overall mixing is good, rather transparent which is not easy to achieve with the heavy and deep rythm guitars.
What I do not like so much:
Not much to mention. But the solo sound of all the melody line guitars is way too harsh for my taste. It cuts through the mix quite well but I would rather prefer a smoother, sweeter tone for these lines. And potentially a bit more differentiation of the sound for the different guitars playing in parallel. Personal taste though.
Keep it up man, you're good already
Thanks! This is what I was looking for. I wasn't sure about the solo tone. Now that you point it out, I'll make some eq changes to that. You're absolutely right! Thank you DeadMan42!
Tremendous. Love it!
Thank you!!
Hello Everyone!
My goal is some honest feedback here. All the bass and guitar parts were done with the Kemper. I did the bass parts with some of the free profiles that are given away on here every once in a while and all the guitar tones were profiled direct with an EVH 5150 III with the EL34s (in case you wanted to know). I made all the 5150 profiles with a reactive load box the Kemper DI Box.

If you're wondering how I did anything, please feel free to ask or if you have any critiques, I'm open to listening. I just want to get better and better at this.
Thanks for your time everyone!
I'm sure this is possible, just not sure how much actual horsepower is in the Kemper. But I want to be able to run at least 2 profiles at the same time and pan them and adjust their levels in relation to each other. I don't want to hear about how it takes all the horsepower of the kemper to do what it currently does. That's nonsense. Maybe do a limited amount of parameters when in dual profiler mode. If it doesn't have enough horsepower as is, then kemper 2.0 this thing. Lets close the gap completely on the AXE fx and bury that thing in the dust bin of guitar history. Kemper is by far the best guitar innovation I've seen in my lifetime. Lets prove it to the nay sayers and djenters that are walking in lock-step to the AXE
I'm definitely impressed! It sounds pro to me!
Now we're talkin! Good work man!
You got some good mixing skills. Is that you doing the mixing or did you outsource that? (I outsource the drums and mixing..my skills don't go beyond the guitar and writing tunes)
Live and learn. We're all under constant improvement!
Thanks! I appreciate it!
No problem! Happy to share!
They're called "A3-57 api - 2018-03-10 08-31-17" and "D1-Clean Channel Crayon - 2018-03-10 08-33-11."
Hi everyone,
I uploaded this new tune and the profiles are up on the rig exchange in case you're interested.

Thank you
Yep! I use that exclusively! No need for any more for me! Rock solid..never had an issue at all
How about getting a loadbox and profiling that? Then you can use impulse responses to get whatever cab you want. Two Notes Wall of Sound is pretty cool! Or you can use the cabs already in your Kemper
I just signed up. I'll give you a try and let you know! I'm looking forward to playing with them! The sound samples sound pretty good to me!
I uploaded the custom profiles I made for the songs above if interested.

The first one is the main distorted tone on the rhythms and lead. You'll probably have to play with the noise gate and adjust distortion sensitivity for you specific guitar.
The second one is the rhythm at the end of Pins and Needles in the above songs at the start of the thread. Why Crayon? I had no idea there was such a thing as a crayon guitar pedal or that I liked it. But that's what it is.
