Yep, found myself competing with the bass.. It looses a bit low that way. Sounded better in my ears..
(Zal morgen eens eentje aanmaken en kijken of er veel nederlandse kemper gebruikers zijn)
Sry.. only tried the above.. (Extensively). But heard also good things over the Alto's . Used the dxr for several times in tree different bands practice
situations and a live gig and VERY pleased! Use mine with 100hz cut of, line in and monitor dsp. Found the sound best that way (better in the mix).
(En ik ben Nederlands klopt, misschien een nederlands draadje beginnen;-) ik heb geen idee hoeveel nederlandse Kemper gebruikers er zijn..)

Joo,
Any one perhaps stumbled over a Andertons 1964 reissue Marshall JTM145 Head profile ?? That would be nice..
Could not find one..
These amps are kinda rare.. the only made 200 or so (and sold out..)
Check the sound out here:

It seems that Line 6 heard people about the weigh of their L3 stage source speakers. Now with the smaller L2 series that could be an interesting FRFR option...
Tried them next to the Yamaha DXR10 .. chose the Yamaha' s
Sound of the DXR much better (my taste.. ) more direct and tighter than the line 6. Line 6 sounded a little dull compared to the DXR..
But its matter of taste I guess
Nice.. Great tones keep coming and coming...!
Good choice!
And the QSC surely is appealing but appears to be a bit boomy compared with the DXR.
True, have to dial a little bass out on the mains..
Update... the winner is.... DRX10
Why..
Sound quality, much better than the Line 6 an the Ev.
Price / tone quality better than the above..
Size.. my wife always says size don't matter .. but guy's i'm tired of carrying heavy tube amp's from gig to gig.. one of the reasons i bought a Kemper (and tone!) i have two and the DRX10 are reasonable small!
Also played over a QSC K12 fantastic! even (a little) better than the DRX10.. only thing.. expensive!! The sound was a bit more defined and very tight.. loved it. But the DRX10 is more than two hundred euro's cheaper and almost as good as the QSC.
I'm using a Zion almost a strat but a bit different.. Sounds also bit Knoflerisch and brutal at the same time.. lol. Any other Zion players? sometimes i think i'm the only fool with one... But.. love it!
Proud owner of the kemper amp now for two weeks. happy with the sound! used it once with my band connected to the return of my Bogner tube amp. Today gonna look for some other solutions for amplification. The Bogner is colouring the sound a bit.. Worked okay on some rigs not to good on others.. Thinking about -of course- the well recommended DRX 10 but also gonna try the EV 2lx-15 p and the line 6 L2m
Good forum thou, found many useful stuff here!
