Just Lock everything that should stay the same and then load another rig to that slot. Don´t forget to safe and unlock everything before you continue...

The Delays WERE part of the new editor, we only have to find the off-button...

My problem has been solved too... A simple doubleclick on "All Rigs" brought back everything.

The missing of performance change could be to avoid changing commercial profiles by accident...

I suggest ANYONE who has missing Rigs after an update should contact Kemper Staff, ASAP.

Since you have an upcoming gig, you can restore your Rigs from any Backup. You could restore the entire Backup with a USB drive, or use Rig Manager to restore selected items.

SinceI did a Rig search in RM Version V2.3.24.15126 (Toaster is version 7.0.7.14989B) all my Rig Folder disapeared, also all Kemper Factory Folders...

I made sure the search-line is really empty and did a Backup-Restore, but still everything is gone...

Had a similar problem (although I´m on Win 10) and it helped to delete RM and new install...

(don´t forget to do a backup before, although it wasn´t necessary, since nothing was lost after all...)

Midi hat 16 Kanäle...

Wenn du am Kemper auf den System-Button drückst und auf Seite 15 scrollst, kannst du den "Midi Global Channel" auswählen. Dies muss derselbe Kanal sein auf dem du mit Bandhelper sendest (Wo der Midi Kanal bei Bandhelper eingestellt wird weiss ich leider nicht...)

Ist Bandhelper Midi Kanal ausgang noch = KPA Midi Kanal Eingang???

Nur ne Idee, lohnt sich aber zu überprüfen...

better tell her how cheap all the new amps will be, when you need new profiles

They frequently give Beta updates for people that are willing to take a risk of bugs, respectively that will support the progress by trying and post possible bugs, so if you can´t wait, maybe it is your turn to maintain their work that way, but "forcing them to hurry and observe a dead line" could also cause bugs and faults...

So (IMO) Kemper team, please take your time to do your work!!!
