We have a service center in Calgary.
To organise the repair you need to contact our support by email. -
There are no fuses in the Profiler. Any attempt to fix a problem yourself will void the warranty.

If support has already diagnosed your case to be a hardware problem, posting about it in the forum will not help you to get it fixed. Have you tried to approach your dealer about getting a loaner while the Profiler is in repair?

use the git/stack option as the output source setting for the SPDIF out
-
stereo effects should be recorded on a stereo track to get the most out of them
-
It depends which type of signal you want to record.
The dry stack signal of the Profiler is mono. Only if you use any of the effects (X,MOD,Delay,Reverb) the signal turns into stereo. -
Have you already tried to use the "init globals" function on page one of the system menu? Maybe your output menu settings have been changed.
-
is a loop stomp activated in the rig and maybe even locked while no external effect is connected to the send and return?

No, it stays constantly in tuner mode. Even when switching to f.e. performance mode and back again or to tuner-mode (via Hardware-knob) and back again.
After "switching off" the tuner via my Mission-Expression-Pedal , which is linked to the Remote, all is as usual.
It occurs just only after starting the Profiler. In that case please send an email to [email protected]

Is your issue that the tuner mode shows up briefly after the startup screen before it goes into whatever other mode is selected?

The only thing that I still don't understand is how to tell Set List Maker what performance and slot to switch to. How do I do that? I did read the reference manual, and I looked at your examples, but I don't understand what numbers are linked to each performance and slot. For example, if I wanted Performance #1 and slot #3, how do I find the midi command for that? Or performance #2 and slot #4?did you not read my reply? The info which bank select and program number is associated with each slot in each performance is shown in the left lower corner of the display.
