Really like the JVM updates Ivan. Some great rock tones in there.
Did you roll the VH4 profiles out?
-
George along with everyone else, many thanks for your generosity with these superb profiles. Really loving the Fender ones too.

Cheers Ivan, much appreciated.

Finally got around to buying the Heavy Tones 1 Pack. It isn't often you get a pack where you think every profile is totally usable! This is the exception, Absolutely immense group of profiles. Many thanks Josh.

So Jason Beiler used Rivera and I think it’s a tbr-1sl, I know it was a rack mount, I am sure there was some studio magic added, never played this particular Rivera but in those days there was allot added, anywho, you magicians out there can you help?
https://youtu.be/RtF0W0cJypgSaigon Kick are one of the most underrated bands of the late 80's/ early 90's. Great tunes and as you pointed out great tone. Jason is still pumping out the tunes now along with live shows with SK. Sadly not in England yet. I hope you get this tone, and tell me how you got it.

Dear people, testing out a cililab jcm profile here It's a number 12 profile from the pack if I remember correct. Not sure cause used friend's kpa. Using fishman fluence classics, which are active pickups, and song is half step lower than original. No EQ in daw or any profile mods on kemper.

We have provided more information on this in our privacy policy. Before some loose it (well on YouTube they will) over me not playing it exactly like original (followed by "OMG shoot yourself noob so bad ok bye"): I usually do these covers very quickly, transcribe song then record, usually same time, really. During this I'm not so much focused to get things exact. My memory is bad and am also not too interested in playing things exact either, no matter how awesome the original track is (of course maiden is awesome).
Also I have amps and profile them too, as some of you know. So I am well aware of what goes into profiling. From that perspective I don't like too many profiles other than some sinmix and big hairy ones. However from time to time I find something that inspires me. Some of cililab's work falls under this description.
I have not played more than his jcm when it comes to official packs, but this is unique and does vintage metal tones spectacularly. Tone here is more modern than maiden but still fitting imho. Cililab knows his stuff and has his own taste when it comes to tone, most definitely, which is praiseworthy.
Also bear on mind that toes, hands, pickups, mix, live situation or recording.. all matter in regards to tone. I did read cililab's post above and agree with his view. I'd add that we can only talk about "better" or "worse" profiles if the end goal has been established. And ultimately taste is what matters and what YOU think.
It is on that end that I really love these profiles, hence the video.
So cheerios for your work, cililab, and to all generally
Great work Dimi. Love this. Great profiles and playing.

Every one of his packs gets my highest rating! its not just a few packs, of cause i have every thing
BUT...there is not ONE that is inferior to the other...i gotta say this...its like Ivan has a high standard in his packs and wont let it go until its the same as the previous good releases (keeping it short)On top of that how can you not love the guy man, he bends over backwards and treats you like a friend
And he hangs with one of my Fav demo Guitarist Stikany, they make a good team too/ great demos ..just saying cause we all friends hereAsh
what he said! Great profiles, top bloke.

That is fair enough. I am sure there are peolle on here that could help you out with som DI tracks, some very talented players on here ( unfortunately I'm not one of them!). To clear, is the pricing of $3,$5 or $10, per amp or single profiles?
-
Are there any audio or video clips? Any samples?
-
Sounds great. Good work to all. Bon sounds perfect
-
Looking for this maybe?
That's the one! He gets some great cleans out of that amp too.
-
looking forward to a bit of this...

just bought the pack. Looking forward to receiving it soon!
Not sure how people are getting confused by the product, it is spelled out pretty clearly.
-
i might sound a but stupid here, but what does the micropitch do?....
-
I just bought the Marshall Super on the strength of the free profiles. Very lively great profiles. Some great classic rock/metal tone available. Great to play all your standard AC/DC, KISS, Judas Priest and Van Halen riffs. Loving these.

Blue. OK, lock the thread
Blue is correct!

Personally I believe voting with a 5 star system is redundant for profiles, as it is so subjective. A great profile to one, is totally unusable to others. It is as helpful as voting for your favourite colour.
I think it is down to the individual to play and judge for themselves.
Again, this is just my personal opinion. But I'm right!

Man, prestige work! This will be my main choice drop C stuff, this is f..... amazing. No merged and DI?
CheersSee Ivan's post directly above yours. This is just the first installment. There is more to come.
