I'm sure they're just working hard to get the product and the firmware upgrade done.
After that they'll sort out orders and cancel stuff. Don't worry. It's just a foot controller....practice your licks while waiting
I've got 2469...something, on the early bird list. Not processen. But don't you think v3.0 FW-release will come first?
Am i the only one that needs a little extra time to get the money together and cover my preorder?
Take it easy Kemperguys, don't forget the coffeebreaks !
I was thinking of putting a drawer inside a rack and fill it out with foam so it fits nice and tight.
My thought exactly! I think a regular drawer has enough room even for 2 expression pedals and the cable. Some foam and i'm ready!
Yes! Thank god i didn't sell my palmer pdi-03 with raw line out!. Another run of profiling coming up for me then!
Definintely do do a monitor mix tailored for you and your in-ears, otherwise you won't be happy.
You need a mixer and feeds from the other instruments, at least a stereo sum (which you can mix with your own instrument to your liking), but better individual feeds more more options.
Thanks!
I had the same issues with my gcpro. A factory software reset sorted it out, but i'm grateful i found out BEFORE the gig and had time to program my patches again!
but now ang again i forget to point the pedal to the correct device...it's per patch and easy to forget. Can't wait to get the kemper remote and forget all about this!
Played a lot of gigs with the g50. Not rack mountable, but i bought a 1hu rack shelf and just fixed the receiver with velcro at the very front.
Never had dropouts on any size stage. But i'm curious. How do u use your in-ears? Just your own guitar sound and the rest from stage monitors, or a mix?
Both Volume and Wah Pedal are treated internally in a logarithmic fashion.
Allright! I thought i felt it! So maybe an option for a little steeper curve isn't impossible or too much of a hassle to implement some time in the future?!
Changing color of the whole display when you hit the pitch could also be good. I have a clip on tuner that does that and it's really easy to see when you have to retune fast!
Good idea. The slots are handy because of placement though.
I meant logically, when programming it's weird to skip or compress values. Of course it does make sense to make the wah feel like a wah.
It's more important to me than say, a looper
But maybe i should just make my own expression pedals and sell instead.
+1
and of course with the selected tuning!
Yes...and also. My performance settings locally in my iPhone in case i have to borrow another kemper on the road....would definately be worth $20
If i was in to common sense i wouldn't be playing guitar. Of course, Reading every value is more logical and has better resolution....The reason i'm suggesting this is that i can sense they've already tried, and given up a little too soon
I agree. It doesn't make sense. But it wouldn't do any harm to let us who miss it have it, would it? Strictly a feel-thing. I can live with linear wah wah and tweak the settings as close as possible, played with it live and been happy. But match the real thing and it goes from great to wow
Most of the Kemper stuff is already almost hard to believe. Why stop now?!
My brain latency is awful. Especially in the mornings
It would be nice to be able to tweak the sweep curve for expression pedals. I really like a linear response for things like volume swells, delay trail madness and so on...but for wah? It just never feels right, even after tweaking a wah setting to sound great. Of course i could get a different pedal just for wah, that has the taper i'm after....but i'd prefer to use the same pedal for different things.
The wah needs to be a little bit like an old fashioned ketchup bottle....not too much, not too much..EVERYTHING The reason for this is that a wah sometimes has to be fast clucking, you're going to get sports injuries if you're trying to play rage against the machine-songs for example....to much movement
I'm thinking either a few logarithmic curves to choose from, or maybe a percentage that sets how much happens from the heel to the middle position, and from the middle to toe position. This could be in the wah-fx settings and doesn't have to be in expression pedal global config.
Ordered!
Good for me that there's some time to get the money together actually
Selling an Avid Eleven rack and a TC Electronic G Major 2 now, haha. PM me if you want to but them
