Love your profiles Tim! Great job and think you very much!

I think exactly this is the advantage of Michael using the same cab for all profiles.I totally agree. Using the same mics & the same cab you get very consistent tone, profile to profile. Basically, if one of Micheal's profiles work for you, they pretty much all will.

I really dig these videos! Thanks

Welcome to the group!

Sweet! I might have to pick up a Power Engine.
Hey man. You can find them used for cheap! I got 2 & didn't pay over $200 for either of them. -
I gigged last weekend with my KPA & Britt profiles. Very small sound system and only vocals in the PA. I used one of my Tech 21 Power Engines. I used a 3rd Power Blackface for clean and it cut thru perfectly. I added a little Green Screamer to push that for some solo stuff. The Brit JTM45 made for a very nice medium crunch. I used the Pure Booster to push single note line & some solos. The 67 Lowman was next in line "gain-wise" and I went all out for big rock solos with the Sold A PRS3. All in all...very happy with my tone. Got quite a few compliments on it. That doesn't always happen in Nashville. Lot's of tube amp purist's here.

Nice playing Mats!

It is the "Brit JTM45 2" you are talking about? Or did I miss out something?
Yep, the Brit JTM 45. It's a custom amp made for me by my friends at British Audio Service here in Nashville. We did a blind test with a real Marshall JTM 45 as there were making the amp and they were really identical. The profiles came out great of course. Michael is a profiling master!

I've just played for the first time the JTM 45 2 from Michael. Just amazing tone..!
I couldn't stop playing.
MBritt profiles makes me re-discover my Kemper and my guitars every day hehe
That JTM 45 is one of my fave amps!

thanks Jevo!

Oh yeah, I forgot to add TECH 21 Power Engine 60 is my personal best bet
Mine too! -
Awesome! Congrats!

These are great guitars. I love these all hog versions! Good luck with your sale.

I would be up for one of these. I like the idea of a non-profiling board. Just transfer your profiles from the toaster to the board. Of course I would expect it to be a bit cheaper!

I'm kinda using a guitar cab. It's the Tech 21 Power Engine. It has the stock Celestion in it. It's VERY loud and sounds and responds very much like an amp to me.
-
I'm probably in the minority here. I use a Tech 21 Power Engine. I was using a powered EV monitor for a while. I find that the Tech 21 is a bit more "amp-like" to my ears. It is also very lightweight & I found 2 of them used for less than $200 each! I think they sound great.
