I was a big fan of the Line 6 stuff. I eventually grew tired of it because I wasn't getting the feel I was looking for. The KPA gives me the versatility and the feel.

I love the studio profiles myself. I understand what you are saying Michael about your hesitance on the DI profiles. No real control there. Maybe add a few in to test the waters.

I use a Tech 21 Power Engine. It really works well with the unpowered KPA. It's very light & you can find them quite cheap used!

Some great rigs listed here for sure! I love being able to send the FOH a great, clean signal and then be able to use the Tech 21 PE on stage. That gives me the best of both worlds in my opinion. I cut thru on stage like a regular gtr amp & have the awesome KPA tone out front.

I'm curious what everyone's using to hear themselves on-stage. I was using a powered EV monitor but have switched over to a pair of TECH 21 Power Engines. They are really inexpensive used & I really like the tone. Very authentic sounding to my ears.

Ouch! Keep us posted. So far mine is working fine.

These boxes look AWESOME!!

Mine has not been processed yet. I am not an early-bird though.

Once again, great job Michael! This Pack sounds awesome! I also like the revamp of Pack 1. So many great tones here. Keep up the great work!

I installed it this morning. No time to check anything out yet but looking forward to the new profiles!

I ordered one too but I guess I didn't get in on the early-bird. My order shows "Your order has not been processed yet. "
I'm in no huge hurry. I'm still learning so much about the Kemper right now. The Behringer board is working fine for me. I'm having WAY too much fun building rigs right now. Maybe by the time the Kemper board comes in I'll know what I'm doing! -

Great job on the "Wreck" profile Andy! It sounds really good with the P90's in my R6! It's a keeper!

I've got all 3 packs & really dig them. I used my KPA this week at rehearsal for the 1st time. I set up 5 tones from the Dumble pack for my "rig-of-the-night". A pair of clean Dumbles, a crunchy D & 2 creamy lead tones. We rehearse at a fairly moderate volume and usually the clean tones get a bit lost in the mix. The lose their mojo. No sustain without a compressor. Anyway, with the KPA I was able to get awesome, full clean tones at the lower volume. I even used the clean tone to solo on some tunes that I usually go medium gain on. I thought the "D-pack" served me extremely well. I actually got a text from the drummer on the way home saying that my "R2-D2 toaster thingy" made the band sound better. I agree with him. And I didn't think I was a Dumble guy. I usually live & breathe Marshall, but I'm lovin' the D-Pack! Great job Michael!

Sweetwater is good to deal with. I've done quite a few deals thru them. Nice folks & I did get candy every time!

I like the looks of this remote. I will most likely get one a bit later. Right now my FCB is working pretty well.

Welcome aboard!

I just bought the D-pack. I got the other 2 as soon as my KPA landed at my door. All 3 of these packs are great. The D-pack is turning out to be my most used. I normally go for Marshall & Fender tones & I created a few rigs with those tones in mind using packs 1 & 2. When I loaded in the "D", I found clean, crunch & solo tones that I've never used before. I never had access to those amps. I REALLY dig these tones. I'm getting the tones in my head but only better! Kinda like "hi-fi" versions of what I usually go for.....Life is good!
