Today I spent almost 9hours in the rehearsal room for preparing my 60minutes set on friday. I really Love the usability. Most of my clean Sounds are based on fender while my crunch and Leads are boogies and the ac 20 Morgan. Finally I profiled my 6100 with a Nova Drive in front and there is really no difference - amazing!!!!

Yep, thoughts are I tapped my foot to all four, eyes open first time / eyes closed second time around. I must be hard of hearing cause I can't pick up any differences and deer still don't sneak up on me, haha. Good comparison though cause I use Spdif into a M-Audio Ultra thinking digital would be better that analog, guess not to my ears.

Just wanted to thank Michael on the great profiles. It is great to be able to play with these amazing sounds from amps that I could never dream to afford. Below are a couple of tracks I made using profiles from pack 2 (79 Marshall for the rhythm and Dumble RF2 for the lead). I'm not the most technical guitar player but am having a lot of fun with these sounds.

I'm a long time Line 6 user - I still do like the simplicity and flexibility of the POD HD500X and DT25 amp. I mean talk about covering all the bases for a low price. Play with amp and friends with simple and convenient pedal board - no prob. Direct to PA - no prob. Audio interface for recording - got that too.
Despite all that I guess it's human nature to always look for something better - tried AxeFx II since November - sold it a few weeks ago. I actually got to try a Kemper like 1 day before I ordered my Axe Fx and didn't have much luck - but I wanted to try again. Hopefully I'll have more luck this time around.
I decided to get the rack version this time. Can anyone recommend a nice shallow stream lined rack if I end up keeping the Kemper? I don't really want something big and bulky - just basic protection is fine (I won't be flying with it or anything like that).
Anywho good to be back. Wish me luck!

Not sure if you have tried this but as always first make a backup of your settings. Next try a system reset, Turn KPA off/on, then attempt the upgrade. Don't think I've read over to many posts with problems from 3.0.1 > 3.0.2.
How long did you leave it at 49%? I think mine took a little while at one point in the upgrade, like few minutes, but can't remember for sure. Could have to do with how many Profiles you have residing on the KPA also

Welcome for sure!! As to the realm of fizzy there have been quite a few threads about that with other new members. I'm sure with all the help around here that you'll get it sorted out. Believe me that KPA has to have your tone in there somewhere. Try searching on just that word "fizzy" cause I have read in the past numerous times.

Haha, I certainly am! Been after a toaster for a while though, actually. I love my Power Rack for big gigs, but for rehearsals and home use, the easy-to-transport form factor of the toaster is very desirable.
