Does anyone know if either the Line 6 EX1 or the Zoom FP02M expression pedals work with the Kemper for Wah? I'm looking for something light and small with reasonable sweep. Durability does not matter that much as a don;t gig that often.

It would seem that if you can sell your Kemper itself, you should be able to sell the purchased profiles within it as long as you stop using them for yourself. I can't see the difference. Although I have no idea about the profile licensing terms - I'm sure they are overly restrictive in this area as most software licenses are. Digital media / software restriction are neither consistent or logical vs their hardware counterparts, so who knows.

Also not fond of the fact that you can only rearrange the 5 slots in a performance and the performances themselves, with no way to quickly rearrange the order of the MIDI PC# changes for rig switching. Plus, you can't see the names of the stomps in the rigs in Performance mode without double clicking each one, and the names of the rigs in the slots are too small to view easily. There needs to be some changes here.

Yeah, you'll love performance mode. You can constantly change the order of your rigs there.
What I'm not fond of in performance mode is the break up of Rig order into 5 rig slots. I'd rather have a straight numeric sequence that can easily be reorganized.
I set my MIDI controller up for 3 rigs per controller "bank", so the relationship between 5 rig slots in performances on the Kemper and 3 rigs per bank change on my controller becomes confusing. If I'm reading corrctly though, the MIDI PC#s in performance mode are sequential, so from a controller programming standpoint it's probably irrelevant, but it' still disconcerting a bit to see Bank 2 Rig 3 on my foot controller equal Performance 2 Slot 1 on my Kemper.

Well, ignore performance mode for a second, the reason I would want to organize by Rigs by PC# order is to put them into an order from best to worse, so if I find a really good one that I didn't have, I want to INSERT it in the PC# sequence rather then add it at the end. My MIDI controller can then INCREMENT them in the sequence that I want rather than me programming a hard coded PC# for a footswitch. As you say, I don;t think it's possible to insert a rig into a PC# slot - with INSERT meaning just that, having the rest move down one PC# - but I'd thought I'd ask.
I guess this is why Performance Mode is there. I assume performance mode works as I describe above - Correct?

I initially assigned Rigs to the first 50 MIDI patch numbers in Browse mode in order to be able to access them via a Liquid Foot JR+ MIDI foot controller. Everything works perfect using the Liquid Foot bank up / down that increments the rigs / patches assigned to the other 6 button on the controller. The issue is that I often find better rigs that I want to INSERT into the MIDI program change number sequence - not just add the next number. So if I find one that I want to be assigned to MIDI program change #1,I don't see a way to actually INSERT the rig and have the rest pushed back one. Is this at all possible? I doubt it but I thought I would ask (boy it would be great to put this in Rig manager with drag / drop).
If not, then I assume I'm left with doing this in performance mode. I don't care about the selection of "performances" per say - I'm more concerned about the patch order in totality. As such, it appears from the manual that I can still use MIDI program numbers to access the slots in each performance sequentially, which being able to access 5 slots / rigs in a sequence per performance then go to the first slot in the next performance with JUST a program change increment (without consideration of performance increment / selection). In this way I don't have to do anything to reprogram the Liquid Foot JR+ - I just have to switch the Kemper to performance mode. I get concerned as to whether the LF+ will then recognize the Rig names and properly set and control the effects in performance mode.
Any thoughts on all this?

Wow these are CRAZY CRAZY good. These are MERGED profiles - right? Do you have any other merged profiles in your offerings?
-
I assume the 3.0.2 Beta is compatible with the current version of the Rig Manager - Correct?
-
It would be the Marshall JCM2000 DSL100, but I would definately only by Direct / Merged profiles at this point

i dont like the powerball...but there is a powerball Profile from me in the merged rigpack...
Yeah that Merged Powerball that came with the Kemper Rigs is also one of my favorites. Didn't realize that came from you until now. Great job again!
-
You guys should do a powerball as well.

The ENGL Savage is frfiggin' AWESOME!! Best Rigs I have right now, and I have like 3,000 he he.
-
Note to all all I finally got this. It was MY fault for tying in the wrong email address initially. Wasn't their fault, he he..

Hi..did you get our profiles? we did get a notification mail that something went wrong.
Please send me your email adress again
P.S 2nd email sended..maybe it worked now?!
I still did not get it. I sent you my email via PM here in case I typed it in wrong when I purchased.

you received email
usually we are pretty fast..but sometimes it can take some while, especially when we are sleeping
Thanks. (although I actually haven't received an email yet if that was meant to be past tense)
-
OK so I actually purchased these, but I have no idea how to actually GET them. I don't see anyway to download and I did not receive an email saying how I can download. WTF??
-
If it "should have" and it didn't,
you shouldn't have bought it!Dude, there are other factors, I weighed the pros and cons. This was heavily on the con, but other factors (especially portability) but it on the plus side.

Which is simpler?
A)The Kemper company to develops a program, the user installs the program, connects the KPA to a computer, launches the program, finds the parameter, and switches off the monitor cab.
B) The user goes to "output settings" and switches off the monitor cab.
LOL!
Um..not really apples and oranges comparison there. The assumption would be that the program was already developed (like the amp is already developed), and that the software installed (like a firmware update would be installed), and KPA is connected to the computer (as the hardware is connected to a speaker). In this case it would be similar, but in mostly ever other case the program wins hands down. Let me tell you how much I have to scroll to FIND an effect, THEN get into multiple menus to set it.
Plus, don't get me stated on having to use a FLASJH DRIVE to install updates and do full backups instead of an already connected connecter via USB. Again, even my $200 Zoom or Line 6 POD from 6 years ago could do that via USB.
