Hallo Tobi,
danke dir sehr fürs Teilen. Hab die Profiles bisher nur über Kopfhörer gespielt. Da klingen sie schon mal sehr gut.
Nächste Woche probiere ich sie über FRFR. Bis hierhin schon mal ein guter Job!

but would it be possible to avoid referencing commercial profile in the free section ?
In principle you are right but i'm not a profile seller but a 6505 lover. So i wanted to give a hint to hear a good profile
from this amp for comparing with others.
Anyway i deleted the entry...
Oh yes! The second one has cab disabled. No wonder that i found it sounding harsh
I didn't notice that , sorry...
As Michael said. Be aware! Unplug the amp and try to change the not glowing tube with another one.
Don't touch anything else! So you can see if the valve is damaged or not. But since no sound is coming
i don't think it is a damaged valve. You can play with 2 valves (depending on which one you take out)
and play with half the power.
Welcome in the forum and thank you for sharing!
I just tested your profile and it sounds very good. I didn't own this amp in my life, but i like its sound.
I compared many Kemper profiles of the 6505 and yours is one of the best choices.
Good job!
No sorry, i don't know any, even any with a Kemper. My only Kemper friends are all in this forum
But i have a FCB1010 with Eureka Chip 3.2. And there do the Switches 4 + 5 (Reverse + Half-Speed)
have no function.
So i guess we have to have patience and wait for the stable Version of 5.0.
I'm playing over DXR 12. Perfect neutral sound but nothing for the bedroom.
The noisy fans are so loud...
No, i don't have a Kemper Remote
The file is too big for sending via Forum. If you give me a eMail-adress i can send you
the Kemper Profiler Firmware 3.0.2.10951
It is over 7 MB.
Then i don't get Kemper's policy. Either they want the users to control the Kemper with their own midi controllers
or they should take out the looper stuff and use only universal midi parameters. But this mystery and changing all the time helps no one.
@Gizmo:
There is no Undo-Function documentated in the Eureka Manual. So i don't miss any...
nightlight:
Perhaps i have to wait until Kemper OS has left the Beta State. But isn't it easy to checkout the midi-parameters
with software like midi-ox? Unfortunately i don't have a Kemper Remote so that i can test with midi-ox.
Anyway, since it is not possible to program the FCB1010 with the Eureka-Chip (i think) i will receive what Eureka
delivers. And if Kemper changes the midi implementation charts i have bad luck.
May be i will switch back to UNO.
Many modern Cabs are powered and have XLR. Thats not the point. Try to get a frequency data sheet to see
if it is the right stuff for Kemper.
Like often discussed in the forum the important point ist FRFR (Full Range and Full Response). And as you can
imagine the subwoofer you have suggested cannot have Full Range because it is a Subwoofer.
The Kemper has a digital Cab Emulation and therefore the connected cab has to be very neutral and a great bandwith.
Hi Kempers,
does anyone use this setup: Kemper (Beta 5.0) and FCB1010 (Eureka 3.2).
I can use only the pedals 1,2 and 3 for the looper. Reverse and Halfspeed (pedal 4 and 5) doesn't have any function.
First i would try to find Profiles of his Amp and Cabs. Mostly he played a Mesa Boogie Mark 1 and Boogie Cabs.
So i would try some profiles from this setup in the Rig Exchange...
Just compared it with a Korg Pitchhawk. Absolutely identical (Beta 5.0).
Before downgrading i would test the new Beta 5.0. This is done in minutes and perhaps you have luck...
Don't forget to make backups.
Oh yes! Perhaps we will find an Admiral...
The construction looks like a Marshall Plexi Clone...
