I had this same problem and after a lot of Google searching found the answer here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/win…-searching-updates-6.html
basically you have to stop the update Service first. See image in above forum thread.
then download and install Microsoft update KB3172605
https://www.microsoft.com/en-u…35&WT.mc_id=rss_windows_7then download and install Visual C++ Redistributable 2015
https://www.smartftp.com/suppo…dll-is-missing-f2702.htmlIt should then work, hopefully:)
Good luck -
Hi Mateo11,
Mixers are cheap and add flexibility to your set up. Worth considering
Good luck

HI Mateo11,
I posted this in a previous thread. Might help also...
I got my Trio plus about a month ago and have been trying different
setups to get the best outcome from both the Trio and the Kemper.
Im using an unpowered Kemper, a Yamaha 10 channel mixer and 2 studio monitors. This is my preferred method:
Guitar connected to Kemper input jack
2 cables (left & right) from the Kemper Main output into a stereo line in (left & right) on my Yamaha mixer
A cable from the Kemper Monitor output into the Guitar in of the Trio
A cable from the Trio Mixer out to a mono line in (left) on my Yamaha mixer
A cable from the Trio Amp out to a mono line in (left) on my Yamaha mixer
My studio monitors are connected to the Yamaha mixer Stereo Monitor outs (left & right)
All volume settings on my Yamaha mixer are at 12 o'clock/no eq
On the Kemper in the Output menu I can adjust the Main out volume
On the Kemper in the Output menu I can adjust the Monitor out volume/eq
I can now toggle between the Main out and the Monitor out to hear any
volume/tone difference and use the Kemper Monitor eq (or on the Yamaha
mixer) to remove any "tone suck"With this set up I hear the Trio bass/drums/loop thru both monitors and
it allows me to change rigs on the Kemper and hear the rig as I play
over the backing track from the TrioHope this helps

Along with these suggestions what I would like is to be able to just show my favorite type of stomps/effects,
for example I don't use Phaser/Flanger type effects so the ability to screen these out of the general menu by way of a "favorite type" option (which would show just the stomps/effects types I want to use and the presets by type) would be handy. -
Love Jimi's stuff
this should be epic -
go to the rig exchange and search for:
"Shallow SeaTH" by Brian Hill using a tophat amp.It has some excellent atmospheric sounds

Hi Jerry,
Just some constructive feedback on the crate rigs.
To me the Bass doesn't respond well on these rigs. Ive played around with them and could not get a tone I was happy with. Sorry.
Maybe that's the way the actual amp sounds, but its not for me.
On the other hand your 2203 rigs are excellent, they sound alive and rich, whatever you did with these ones you are on the right track IMHO

Just tried out the "FJA Marshall 2203 FJ M2" version
Excellent tone
Thanks! -
Loaded these up and with a bit of tweaking they are fabulous
Great with my Les Paul and my Tele, clean, crunch and classic rock heaven
Thanks Jimi!

Hi pamplemousse
thanks for the info

Hi
I used Space in a slot because i was getting the crackling issue thru the headphone out so i disabled the output Space parameter. I believe this is now fixed. To me Space adds width to the sound (best for stereo use) and Reverb adds depth. I only play quietly at home so i need to get a "big" sound at low volume
