Indeed, very neat feature.

The fast switch is when using the fast switch using Performance Mode between slots.I guess you are in Browse Mode?
Just realised i was still on 4.0.6, not 4.2. For some reason when I did the firmware update via rig manager, my Kemper did not get updated to the latest. I had to try a second time to get it working.
The remote rig switching is now behaving as expected, fast switching leds. -
No, I'm in performance mode.

This company maybe?

A new public beta version can be installed using Rig Manager 1.6 - the LEDs are in Roger Rabbit mode now.
The rig leds still have a lag when switching rigs on the remote. 1/2 second. Roger Rabbit in slow motion.

Just tried with 5ghz... No interference anymore... Thx for the tip guys.

You guys are right, it's working fine as is. I should have tried before asking.

Bert this is an absolute treat, guys go to the sound samples for pack 2, Bert has put all the guitar/ pick up selection AND profile on there for us.
My dream come true, EVERY ONE should be doing this!! Its what we try and find out all the time.
LP to Strat to Tele, what a great help Bert thanks again man.
I am straight onto the SLO neck Strat blues stuff, then its onto the funky profilesAsh
Agreed, the soundcloud files with the comments about guitar type and pickup position is a must. Well done Bert! And thanks for these amazing profiles. -
I noticed though that the transmitters interfere with my wi-fi at home. Everytime I use it, my laptop located 1 meter away from me loses connection. As soon as I turn off the transmitter, the wi-fi signal comes back.
Very annoying. -
Would be great to have an option to set the tuner for a bass guitar, ala Polytune Tuner where you can switch from Guitar to bass tuning by a push of a button.

Muted in one ear.
Headphones are all good, same for the cables.
Never mind, I decided not to use the feature and instead have the Flint in front of the Kemper. Sounds equally good. -
What is the correct way of connecting a physical stomp pedal via the Kemper fx-loop in order to get stereo loop?
I'm trying to get my Strymon Flint work in stereo, but so far all I hear is the left/or right, not the stereo signal.I've connected the direct Out to the Flint input, then the Left and right Outputs of the flint to the Return Input and Alternative Input of the Kemper. Monitoring via the Kemper headphones output to make my test more simple.
And I'm using "stereo Loop" in the X slot of the Kemper. -
Unfortunately, I don't see any solution to this as Kemper Team has never clearly supported commercial profiles and always pushed the free exchanges in the community...
Ditto. I don't see Kemper spending time and money on a copy protection system. The concept was not to have commercial profiles in the first place, but rather a free community of users sharing profiles.I really hope commercial sellers will not stop because of a few who are illegally sharing profiles. That would be a big loss for the Kemper community as a whole.
Don't know what to say to the likes of Guido, Mbritt, Bert, Andy and others, except that us users will keep buying your profiles and will keep supporting your hard work. -
Sounds like some work (more than I want to get into). Sometimes you have to pay to play I guess.
Anyone know of a pedal out there I can buy that already has "spring return/snap back" that meet this "linear response controller" specification? That you don't have to "toe push" to turn on/off.
I can't be alone on this desire for "auto-on when foot is in use, auto-off when foot not in use/spring return zero. It was a brilliant concept when Morley started putting these units out there.
Thanks for the response paults. My volume pedal is now for sale on eBay.
You can get a spring loaded mission pedal. I have one. It does exactly what you're after. Step on it, wah engages. Step off it, the pedal goes back to heel position thanks to the spring and the wah turns off.

Maybe the OP did notice a difference because he's listening mono signal when using Monitor Out --> Apogee --> Headphones, whereas it's stereo when directly connected to the Kemper headphones input.
I use Kemper mains out L and R -> Apogee L and Right Inputs -> Heaphones. I don't hear any noticeable difference between this setup and my headphones directed connected to the Kemper. -
Or maybe siva115's studio monitors will sound boxy whichever output he's using (mains out / monitor out).
I have a similar setup (Apogee Duet) and I do notice the same boxyness with my Yamaha 5'' studio monitors (HS50m). Very happy when monitoring with the headphones or with my 12'' floor wedge (RCF-12 sma). I think studio monitors need to be bigger than 5'' to get more air pushed. -
I've just tried again to double check. Latest OS, latest RM on mac.
Rename the rig Name (not the slot name), double click on another Performance, double click on the edited performance (this bug should be fixed by the Kemper Team when they have some time on their hands). You should have the new edited name appear both on the profiler and the remote.
Easy -
@OhG,
RM is buggy for me as well when I try to copy/paste/rename.
I have found a working solution, close to yours, but I do everything from RM.in RM, I copy a rig, paste it in an empty performance slot, rename. I then apply the voodoo treatment, which is to double click on another performance, and double click again on the performance I had pasted the rig in. I don't hit save, since there's no save option on RM. The performance is automatically synced with the Kemper, if connected via usb.
Hope that helps a bit.
