But all i tried did not get negative enough
I tried an EQ and a Compressor only using the Volume parameter, but each of them doesn't get silent enough to simulate a Guitar Volume of 2-3.
You are right, ist is Not exactly the Same.
But when i tried, it was good enough and much better than reducing gain.
So it would be nice to get a new parameter "Input Volume"
Is it possible to control the position of the Volume Pedal with the Morph pedal?
I have the Volume Pedal located to the Input because i want to clean up a profile like i would do with the volume knob.
But at the same moment i want to change some delay and reverb settings. So i wold like to reduce the volume with the morph pedal too.
I tried to reduce Gain, but it sounds different and i also want to do this with clean profiles.
I think this pack is something many of us were waiting for.
Not to get the 101th Marshall rig, but to get an idea how to get the souds of our legends.
I hope there is much more to come.
and could be even greater if the profiles were saved with matching imprints in the cab section
nice that someone is ínterested.
So i made a quick sketch with fritzing.
The Potentiometer on the right represents the Volume pedal.
With the other Potentiometer you can select the minimum Value.
I think it will be good to use the Pedal to send values between 75% and 100%, but have to try.
The LED is just a gimmick. its brightnes represents the Level.
With the On-Off Switch you can decide if only the monitor volume or also the main volume should be set.
Maybe you have to exchange the red and blue wires of the Potentiometer of the volume pedal as some pedals have different mechanics and turn the other way round.
For the selection of the minimum Value i used a Potentiometer with 10K linear.
sometimes when the Band gets louder or more silent, i have to adjust the Master Volume of the KPA.
I always tried to do this with the normal Volume Pedal attached to the Remote.
But for this purpose i always have to place it at the end of the signal Chain.
Now i made a solution.
An additional Volume pedal to control the monitor volume (and optional the main volume).
I bought a cheap Volume pedal (Bespeco VM12) as a B-Stock for only 15€.
i added a second pot to set a minimum value for the heel position, a switch to select the main Volume optional.
A Midi Socket and a power socket.
And of course an Arduino Nano to generate MIDI Signals from the Pot values.
works perfect for me
In 2011 I took an online guitar course called “Solo Guru” (in german language).
Every year some graduates of this course meet for a jam session.
Some of the participants then play pieces from the course.
Last year I started to play my own piece.
I wanted to do that again this year, but the meeting was not possible because of Corona.
The playback was done, so I recorded the solo….
I am not very good in mixing so this is just the recording. The sound could be improved.
i also have jam2019 from the last year on soundcloud.
But with locking you cannot copy the effect to another effect slot.
I could save a preset for the effect, but copy/paste would be more easy.
Resistors (220 Ohm and 1K Ohm, you can choose in the offer)
Arduino Mega Clone
Wires and Breadboard for prototyping
This one would be ideal for Prototyping
I finally took this one and connected it with a peace of a network cable
I am getting a stack of clicks on SPDIF with the 2nd beta - no issue with the first beta. I saw another poster mention the same a couple of days back. Has there been a revision to deal with these?
I also have these clicks. But i think i had it already with the first beta 8 (not sure).
At first I thought it was only my profiler as i have a loose contact in my spdif socket.
EDIT: i was slower than Kemper support
i got them from ebay, amazon and you can get them at stores like conrad.de (in germany)
