Thank you, but how does the free download work?
I have to enter at least 1$

just found this diagram for MIDI Connectors
https://ejlabs.net/wp/wp-conte…/03/Sample-Redirect-1.png -
Here is the wiring for the FBV that works for me.
You can find the wiring for the MIDI part on several places on the net.you can find a good documentation for FBV and MIDI in this project, which startet 2 years after mine.
https://github.com/kquann/FBV_MIDI
i recently did a nice mod to one of my FBVs, have a look
modifying my FBV Longboard into an universal controller for MIDI
if you have detailed questions i will try to help. -
But then i have to bring it up to fit the high gain Sounds what will be far too much for the clean Sounds.
I think your Solution is quite ok, but i would prefer the stomp.
-
why not unlock it and save the settings as part of each rig?
I have to change the settings of the input noise gate depending on the location.
at home i don't need it. at rehersal i have to use it even for clean sounds.
there are olnly some high gain sounds where i use a gate as Stomp and it would be nice to have one that behaves like the input gate. -
I love the way the noise gate in the input section works.
But i keep it locked to use it gobally if ther is some noise because of radiation or something else.
( at home i have it az zero, but at rehersal i have to turn it on a bit).
So it would be great to chose it as a noise gate in the stomps section when using high gain sounds. -
I have a very old EDIROL UA-700 interface

OK, i think it will be very easy for you.
but to omit unnecessary work, there is a good description of the Commands and connections (not real midi) sent and received by the FBV https://github.com/kquann/FBV_MIDI. i found this years after starting my own research. There is not much logic in the FBV. it only sends key-pressed, key-released and pedal moved.
and it receives LED on, LED off and Display Information. -
I use an Arduino Mega with standard Midi Connection (not USB).
This time i built it inside.
I use another one with external case whereI connect to the RJ45 Socket of the FBV, so there is no need to open the FBVI made a c++ class to get Information from and control the FBV.
i have a project on GitHub https://github.com/wrbi/FBV2MIDI
where you can find the class and other sources (very quick and dirty as i am not good in c++, but working ).
if you have questions i will try to help you -
I thought so.
Just wrote it to answer Mookytc -
If i only rate the rig, the "Store Rig" button is not active.
Moving to another rig with double click seems to work -
-
Was meinst du mit Setup?
-
Wenn du nur in dieser Band spielst oder mehrere Gitarren hast, könntest du doch die Gitarre runterstimmen
-
When i mark a rig as Favorite or rate it in rig manager (1.0.136.16374 and older versions) it is not kept, when i move to the next/previous rig using left/right key.
-
werd mal am Wochenende damit rumspielen
-
danke, klingt lustig
-
Kannst du ein Rig posten mit diesem Effekt?
würde das gerne mal ausprobieren -
i baught a second hand FBV and added an Arduino microcontroller inside.
with only 2000 lines of code (quick and dirty) i can decide to:
control my Kemper
or my VOX AD120VT
or send Powerchords to a synthesizer to have chords while soloing.
i also found some leftovers of golden spray color.
