If you're playing mainly live it is a complete waste to buy a M7 or 480L. No one will hear the difference between a hi level dedicated reverb and the reverb of the KPA in a full blown live situation.

Almost 200 posts and no one, NO ONE, here has played the Axe FX III so far..... So very much bla bla bla bla bla this, bla bla bla bla that. Djeezzzz, where do you guys get the time for this nonsense? It's like the whiners did not overcome the "No-Kemper-News-at-NAMM" and keep on whining in this thread.
    You all should be ashamed.
And play your guitar more often :D

So I decided to buy another Unpowered rack. My first one was a demo that was already in the store, so this is my first time having the dealer order one in for me.
That was a week ago and the dealer is saying they have never heard back from Kemper about the order. Is it normal for an order to just sit there (not acknowledged at all) for over a week?

So the dealer is just waiting for acknowledgement...... Why didn't he contact Kemper after a few days?
I think the dealer is the one to contact Kemper in the first place, not the consumer (you)!!

    Nice features:

    - EZ user interface
    - No editor needed
    - One touch control, even when the unit is placed on the floor
    - Very hot sounds
    - Cooling slots on top
    - Tubelike orange lighting
    - Super shiny surface
    - Comes with powercable attached
    - One page manual (28 languages available) included
    - "Bread & Butter"-updates for life
    - Andertons-proof

No but not all men agree. If Kemper release FW with reverbs/OD/Editor would you respond this way? 'no thanks Mr CK. I will stay with the FW version we already has.'

Maybe you’ll have to place this in the right context. Sure, he will update (I know I will) but he’s not whining about it. That’s the difference.

Couldn't agree more with you. It is so easy to get whipped up about what features I need and demand for free and then feel somewhat disappointed with the best tone I ever experienced live.
If I think back to before I had the Kemper, I had absolutely no interest in an editor once my sounds were set and reverb was almost insignificant. The delays were a definite bonus, but the majority of guitar sounds just don't need specialist reverb.

It is a difficult job to prioritise anything for the Kemper team, because so many people want different things. If an editor came out tomorrow, a week later we would be thinking about the lack of better drive pedals.

It seems a shame to waste valuable resources, but a person that communicated more from Kemper to users would probably be very beneficial to stop these situations getting out of hand.

100.000 KPA-users, 100.000 expectations, 100.000 opinions. Just don't make it bigger than it already is.
To stop these situations getting out of hand? What are you talking about? All KPA-users come together at a KPA-riot? A mega-KPA-sale of all users that are disappointed Kemper has got no NAMM '18 news?
To all of you that are disappointed and think they are entitled in some kind of weird way of updates (SW, packs, communication, whatever.....) from Kemper, please, sell your KPA and make others happy with it.

To resume KPA at NAMM 2018: no news. That's it. Life goes on.

And the JBL PRX710 has left the building as well. Sounds like the lead singer of The Scorpions, like you're trying to sing with your nose pinched, like your wah is stuck in the middle.

    Incoming: Yamaha DSR112.

Buying vocal mics is a total crapshoot unless you can try them out first. You may get lucky, you may not. I'd buy from somewhere with a good return policy, and test in the comfort of my own home.
I had an sm7b, but it does NOT suit my voice, really.

So true. Why always suggest a Shure (Beta)58?? There are so much more mic's that could suit your voice much better. Just take your time to find the right mic for you. I guess you're a guitarist as well, it took some time to find "your guitar", you didn't settle for the next best.
