very nice, love that sound.
Thanks, web! I still can't get over how the developers were able to make the Main Station delay preset sound like a beautiful reverb.

Hey Guido,
I have purchased around 11 of your packs I believe including this one. But when I log in to my account 'orders' shows all my orders, but in 'downloads' there are only two items shown and not the JSX. My user name on this forum is the first part of my email address with you. Can I get all my items to show up in downloads?
I've got the same issue. I own 9 packs. Only 4 are showing up under orders.
There's our shared '80s love right there, brother.
Awesome.
Thanks, MM! I'm glad you can hear an '80s influence!
If all else fails, factory reset.
I'm so tired of people saying the Kemper is expensive. Its not. Let's go shopping an compare.
A JCM 800 2203 or ENGL Savage alone cost more than a powered KPA. Look at the price for a Diezel VH4 100W head.
Also Rag, do you have cabs turned on or off? If they're on, try turning them off.
Hello,
I am new to a recently purchased used powered head (less than a year old). After listening to many youtube reviews and commercially made profiles, I was blown away by the authenticity of what I was hearing and had to have one. I bought a slightly used head locally and brought it home excited to dig in. I do realize that the profiler is meant to sound like a recorded amp, or a mic'ed amp running through a moniter. My issue is that all of the profiles (former owner added lots of professionally made ones) I've gone through, to my ears, sound thin and "digital". Nothing like what I was expecting . I know that is poor description, but I am wondering what I can do or undo to help it sound more like I believe it was meant to. I am running it through a marshall 4x12. Please take it easy on a noob,
Were you listening to the YouTube videos that you were impressed with through your Marshall 4x12?
We keep hearing people moaning that all they want is "basic amps and effects for much less money," but the cost of the hardware to support the fantasy "downsized" model would be the same, and there would be an endless debate on which amps and effects would be the "essentials," anyway. Might as well throw 'em all in there and let everybody choose the stuff they actually want.
I say use the amps and effects that work for you and ignore everything else. If all you need is a Marshall and some reverb, use that. No one's twisting anyone's arm to use everything. If you don't need it, don't use it.
That said, there's already too much in terms of amps on both sides ... how many amps we all do use at the end ? 5 ? maybe 8 ?
Not everyone will use the same 5 or 8 amps, though. Some people may only use 1 or 2, however because the KPA and Axe aren't designed for any specific person, the developers seek to incorporate as many amps as possible to appeal to the widest number of styles and preferences.
Lets get honest: you just want to attract chicks with that sound!
(great tune!)
I'm a sucker for melodic ethereal stuff(eg. Cocteau Twins, Slowdive, Hammock, etc.). Thanks for listening!
I am going mono SPDIF out, guess I am not able to use this?
I hadn't tried the Stereo Widener when I recommended it, but after using it I found it didn't really produce the effect I was expecting, so scratch that suggestion.
Simply lovely, @ColdFrixion! Great stuff. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Trit! That preset is killer.
I ran across the Main Station delay preset today and got inspired. It's a beautiful delay. More like a dreamy reverb.
If Soundcloud is slow to load, you can also listen here.
Yeah, using that profile, I was able to recreate that fuzziness, but only with the humbucker guitar I have here (Charvel GG sig), not with my strat. It also occurred around an octave higher than in your clip, but was really most audible playing the A string at the 12th fret. Might be time to let support know.
Thanks for taking the time to confirm, and I'm relieved it's not just me. I'll turn it over to support later.
Yeah, I don't have that, though I only tried with the delay in the actual Delay slot.
What profile are you using and where is the delay situated?
Thanks by the way for turning my attention to that preset. Somehow I'd sprung over that. Great sound! Found myself playing gypsy minor scale runs. Lovely
It's not readily apparent with every profile, at least to my ears. I have to really strain to hear it with some of them. Try the Acoustic E stock profile. I'm using the delay in the delay slot.
It's that digital fuzz that you're talking about, right?
Correct.
Link doesn't work for me.
Try it now.
I was checking out the delays today and happened to run across the DLY Main Station preset. I love it, however I noticed some weird and obvious artifacts while playing an open E. I recorded a sample. The first couple of plucks are without the delay, the rest with it. Can anyone verify whether the preset sounds the same on their end? Keep in mind I hear it mostly when playing in the lower range.
what it sounds like is you have a global setting set differently (too high) that is clipping the signal a little bit causing some artifacts.
I concur. To me it sounds overcompressed.
